The property was impressive, very clean, nice appliances, and exactly what the pictures represented. The cabinets were very well organized, making it very easy to find what you were looking for. This property had everything you needed for a restful stay. Mandy is a great host, and made sure everything was in good working order. The location is ideal just a short walk to all the major attractions. My family and I would stay here if we were in the area again.

Great apartment and host

Mandi was great to deal with and the apartment and location were perfect for our stay. Close to great restaurants, bars and minutes from center city. Apartment was super clean, accommodating and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again when we are back in the city.

Great location on South street. Apartment was very clean. Only issue was the stairs, but that seems to be all locations in Philly. Close to Independence Hall and Liberty Bell and Reading Terminal bring your appetite. Mandy was very easy to deal with. Would stay again if heading to Philly.

Nice place, great neighborhood

Had a very good experience. The apartment is clean, comfortable and Mandy was very responsive to any questions. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants/bars and near public transportation. Would stay again.

Clean, charming, great patio. We were a little worried when we didn't hear from the host about the check in but she responded quickly when we reached out to her. The neighborhood made us a little nervous after dark but everyone we met was extremely nice.

Apartment was perfect! Well laid out, spacious, spotless and pretty. Host was welcoming and thought of anything we might need for our stay. Location is bustling but the apartment itself felt quiet and removed from the street-level activity (and the host was thoughtful enough to have earplugs just in case, even though they weren't needed!)

Really spacious and lovely apartment. The kitchen was especially nice. The location is great as everything we wanted to see in the city was a nice walk away. Be aware that it does get loud at night, especially in the front bedroom, but we couldn't hear anything from the back bedroom. The host provided ear plugs which was very thoughtful.

South Philly stay on South Street was amazing!

The house said it was a 2 bedroom 1 bath but it was the 2 bedroom 2 bath, the apartment was immaculate, brand new everything and every time I reached out to the host he responded promptly. All the extras were unexpected but so gracious and the deck is private and so calming after walking all dY

Very clean and updated. Conveniently located and within walking distance of multiple bars, restaurants, and the TLA. We had no concerns that required us to contact the host, but communication regarding check in and check out was very clear. May not be the best location for light sleepers, as South Street has a robust nightlife scene and there is a large, active construction site behind the rental. The host was kind enough to provide ear plugs, though.

We love how vibrant, lively, and artistic South Street is. The neighborhood offers an incredible variety of diverse cuisines, unique shops, and beautiful murals that bring the streets to life. Plus, the convenient location makes it easy to explore other parts of Philly, whether by food or public transit. We especially love how quickly we can get to Chinatown from our home!

From here, you a short stroll, less than five minutes, to bookstores, cozy coffee shops, famous restaurants, record stores, and so much more. Plus, having worked in the hospitality industry, I care deeply about making sure my place is clean, cozy, and inviting for every guest.
