Impresionante NUEVA finca de siete dormitorios en el Pacífico ~ ¡Propiedad increíble!

Vatulé lleva el nombre de los tres hijos de Donna y Kenton: Valen, Tulah y Leighton. Vatulé tiene capacidad para 26 personas y ofrece 5 master suites king, todas con vistas al Océano Pacífico y entradas privadas, una casa de literas para niños con capacidad para 12 personas con su propia sala de medios, y una casa de personal desocupada con una cama queen y un sofá cama queen.

Vatulé se encuentra dentro de la comunidad cerrada de Punta Mita, en el barrio de La Punta, "the Point" en el lado sur de St Regis y Four Seasons. The most perfect getaway!

This property was everything we imagined and more for our couple’s trip! Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and immaculate space to enjoy company. Aside from the beauty and space of the house, the grounds were lush and well kept and had the most beautiful golf course and ocean views. The staff was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Dreaming of returning one day!

Unforgettable vacation

We could not have been happier with our trip to Punta Mita and especially our stay at Vatule. We were 4 families with kids ranging from 2-13, and the design of the home is such that we always felt we had more than enough space. It is a stunning home with beautiful views. The staff, food and drinks were also a huge highlight for us-kind people and delicious meals and cocktails. We hope to go back to Vatule again someday!

Magical birthday celebration

We spent a week at Vatule with a group of 7 - 11 people throughout the week and had a truly incredible time. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need. What made the trip even more special was the incredible staff - from Greg who handled all the transportation, reservations and accounting to Sergio, the incredible chef and Carlos who provided the best service to ensure that every meal was amazing. The housekeeping staff were great as well. The location is also quite breathtaking - the large infinity pool overlooks the ocean and you have access to 3 beach clubs, rec center, etc. Truly 5 stars and we will definitely return!

Everything and more

Not sure how to describe this property other than perfect. From the moment we arrived we were blown away. The rooms, the views, the layout, the pool, the amenities, the sound system, outdoor showers and the list goes on and on - it was beyond what pictures were able to describe. We took our company to the Punta Mita to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. The moment we saw the house on Vrbo, we knew we found the ideal spot. Donna is a wonderful host. Her team of folks keep us informed throughout the entire process. The staff at the house was excellent. The chef and his team prepared amazing meals throughout our stay, each one surpassing the previous. The house staff was on top of every detail. We loved every minute of our time here. We would absolutely go back again. This property truly made our trip a once and a lifetime experience.

Absolutely Amazing!

This place is absolutely amazing! It started before we ever got there with our communication with Greg our concierge. He had all the transportation, restaurant reservations, golf reservations, and anything that came up he did his best to take care of it. The staff were incredible as well. Everything we ate from the Chefs and their team was so delicious!!! The housekeeping services kept our very messy kids and family looking like we never made a mess ever. They also did all of our laundry and was so nice to go home with all clean clothes. The bartenders were awesome serving up all the amazing drinks and we put them to work! Carlos and Pablo didnt let a drink get empty before asking if we needed anything else. The house itself is something that any famous person would ever dream of. Breathtaking sunsets every night and amazing rooms with very comfortable beds. I cant say enough about this place and highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for an ultra luxury vacation!

Incredible stay! Can’t wait to come back!

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful our stay at Vatule was. From the views to the staff to the incredible food/drinks. Hands down one of the best experiences we’ve had. The same sentiment was expressed the entire group of our 18 friends. Antonio, Carlos, Greg, Felipe, and the remainder of the staff really made our trip incredible. They were accommodating, delightful, and truly a pleasure to have with apart of our Vatule experience. The house itself is immaculate. Every little detail taken into consideration and it was evident how that escalated our overall experience. The pool, the music system, the gathering spaces, laundry daily, breakfast, lunch, dinner, proximity to golf/surf… everything little thing you could ever want or need. Thank you to all at Vatule. We cannot wait to come back.

Pictures can’t explain the magic!

Vatule is magical. The views, the property, the service and the staff are the best. You can hear and see the ocean from every room on property. At night with the doors closed I could hear the ocean. The staff are very accommodating and sweet. Outdoor sound system is great as well. I would absolutely recommend this to groups or even an executive corporate retreat. Only downside is internet didn’t work for me and I had to work while here. I know they are addressing that though.

A magnificent property

We were looking for a property to celebrate my parents 60th anniversary. We wanted a unique place to spend the time with the entire family. We searched VRBO for quite a while until we landed on this Punta Mita jewel. From the moment we arrived we were so impressed with the property. The house and grounds are magnificent, and the staff was unbelievably accommodating. Everything far exceeded our expectations. We have all traveled extensively and this is by far one of the nicest properties we have ever visited.

A wonderful family vacation location

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely, the food and service were excellent, and the activities in the area were excellent. We were 15 people, ranging from 79 years old to 17 - we golfed, surfed, swam, and relaxed - it was very enjoyable.

Beautiful property, amazing service!

We recently took a company trip and stayed at Casa Vatule. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and the views cannot be beat. I was extremely impressed with the household staff, as they were so incredibly attentive, professional, and so kind and welcoming. They definitely made this trip one that we will not forget! The in-house chef was incredible and we had the best time- can't wait to go back!

So much fun...

We stayed here over the week of Thanksgiving 2017 with 4 families and 22 people, and we had a fabulous time. Let me count the ways... 1. The owners were fantastic - talked to us on the phone before booking to answer all of our questions, easy to work with on the contract and security deposit, super friendly & responsive. 2. The house is right in front of the best, most consistent surf break. We surfed 2-4 times a day and you can watch the break from the pool and lounge chairs. Just wait for the boats to leave and you have it all to yourself! 3. The staff was incredible and the owner provided dinner service (most houses only do breakfast and lunch with no staff in the afternoon). We had 3 kitchen staff, a butler, 2 housekeepers, 2 maintenance workers a house manager and a concierge - talk about luxury! 4. The chefs and food was to die for. We did not have to do much planning or thinking. You can fully trust them to make incredible meals three times a day with very little input. 5. We had child in a wheelchair and the property was extremely wheelchair friendly. 6. The A/V set up is top-of-the-line and super easy to use with Control4. Lots of kids dance parties by the pool, movies, etc. 7. The house is pretty much brand new and well maintained. The architecture and interior design is quite modern and was to our liking. 8. The pool set up is amazing... infinity edge overlooking the ocean, lots of room for kids to play and adults to relax, great shade umbrellas and lounge chairs, there is a palapa with a huge cushion and pillows and where the kids would escape the sun, etc. 9. There are lots of bikes and a golf cart to get around in... although we rarely left the house because it was hard to beat. I could go on, but won't. We would definitely go back! We have stayed in several homes in Punta Mita now and this has been our favorite so far.

Amazing, Awesome

22 of us stayed their over Thanksgiving; 5 couples and 12 children. The children loved having their own house with their own media room which gave the adults the privacy we desired in the evenings. Each couple got their own master suite with an ocean view. The beds were amazing. It was great that the dining room sat 20 people so we just had the staff bring in 2 additional chairs from the other dining room. The staff was amazing and attended to our every need. Our favorite thing was watching the sun set over the Pacific every evening an we took turns playing our own music on the incredible sound system. While some of us crossed the golf course to surf, the others set up the crossfit equipment and exercised in the lawn watching the surfers do their thing.
