There are several coffee shops and local restaurants in walking distance. We recommend a vehicle to explore all that Wilmington has to offer!

Upon your arrival, we offer essential items like hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags to start you off. For longer stays, kindly prepare to replenish these supplies according to your personal requirements.

We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own. We hope to provide a great space for all guests to unwind and relax during their time here!

These rules are in place to ensure you have a great stay while also adhering to the owner's rules and to avoid disturbing our fellow neighbors. Please take the time to read these rules and share these with your guests.

+We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind. Late checkout without consent will be charged $25 fee per hour.

+ No parties or events of any kind in the property.

+No smoking is allowed. A $300 violation fee will be charged if evidence is found of smoking inside the unit.

+ If you are a smoker you may want to consider booking elsewhere as any strong smoke order will result in a fine for odor removal.

+ No extra guests not listed on the reservation.

+ No pets are allowed. A $300 violation fee will be charged if evidence is found of a pet inside the unit.

+ There will be a Lost or Stolen Fire Pit Key replacement fee of $150.

+ Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to operate the Fire Pit at anytime. Fire Pit must be operated and monitored only by adults over the age of 18 at all times.

+ The garage and downstairs portion of the home are off-limits to guests.

Nice, small one bedroom unit. Recently redone and nicely appointed. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, but quite functional. For example, I had to buy a cutting board to make a salad as there wasn't one available.The unit has a horrible smell eminating from the laundry room which is located in a closet in the bedroom. We emailed with the owners on several occasions to try to get it rectified. We went out and bought bleach to clean the washer to no avail. The owner sent in a maintenance person to perform an ozone treatment which also didn't work. The owners then sent us the Tide washer cleaner to use. This also did not work. The owner then told me that she would get someone in there to identify the root cause AFTER we vacated. Clearly, that did us no good. I had daily emails with no resolution. We had a hard time sleeping in the unit as the smell was so bad.On our last night, the owner had her management company call me which really set us off. The management company asked if I would accept a 50 refund to give them a 5 star review. I found this very insulting and degrading.
