However, certain items, such as decor, may be subject to change due to the necessity of replacement resulting from damage or wear and tear. Rest assured, any replacements will be of equal quality to enhance your overall experience.
 
 Upon confirmation of your booking, we kindly request that you review our rental terms and agreement. Access to the property will be granted once you have acknowledged and agreed to these terms. This ensures a smooth and secure stay for both parties.
 
 Our properties are stocked and staged for an average 2.5-night stay. While we are happy to accommodate extended stays, please note that we do not regularly replenish consumable amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc. Guests are encouraged to plan accordingly for extended stays or contact our team for any specific needs.

We strive to accommodate early check-in or late checkout requests whenever possible. Extended access comes with an additional fee of $50, which assists in covering the expenses related to adjusting our housekeeping schedules for special requests. Our goal is to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Many of our properties are Dog-friendly, and we gladly welcome your furry companions at these designated properties. Please check the amenities for if it is Dog-friendly, or send an inquiry to our team to check for you, if it’s not we can recommend one that is. There is a $100 pet fee.
