Sofa bed: Being 170cm long and with a thin mattress of 5cm thick, we would recommend the sofa bed to a child up to 15, but wouldn't recommend it to an adult in order to have the best experience with us.

Philbeach Gardens is a chic street situated within easy reach of the many shops, restaurants, pubs and cafés of Earls Court Road. There is also a Tesco Superstore just 3 mins away.

The flat is located on the top floor (3rd - without lift) of an elegant redbrick apartment house.
