This place is fully equipped for a comfortable short or long term stay. Not to mention, this house is conveniently located near several Spring Training stadiums, golf courses, and hiking trails.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
- Master Bedroom features a King bed with ensuite bathroom that has double vanities, a walk-in shower, bath tub, large walk-in closet, TV, and a private exit to the backyard.
- King sized beds can be found in bedrooms 2 and 3 combined by a Jack and Jill bathroom.
- A Queen sized bed can be found in bedroom 4.

This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the front door facing the front outdoor entry, 1 camera is located on the side fence facing the driveway, and 1 camera is located on the back patio facing the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record movement and sound while guests are in residence.
