Our studio casita, built in 2025, is ideally situated at the end of a road on the crest of a hill, offering stunning views of lush greenery. This studio is designed with 9-foot ceilings and is fully furnished with a full-size bed, a table, and a desk with a chair. All electric appliances. Dedicated mini-split system. Private outdoor seating right out front of the door. Shared washer/dryer and bbq grill onsite for you to use (up to two additional rentals will be sharing it). Motorized projector screen connected to a projector with roku(wifi). All utilities currently included (wifi, a/c, heater, electric, water, sewer, etc).

This is a new building built in 2025 with 9' tall ceilings (shares a sound proofed (so staggered and insulated) wall with a ADU which both make up the front house. Decently quiet with minor highway noise. It uses good fixture brands such as Moen, Kohler, solid wood interior doors, floor to ceiling tile in the bathroom) same as the main house.

Located in Normal heights neighborhood, walking distance to everything. 12 minute walk to Adams Ave (3 minute drive) which has all the restaurants, coffee shops, bars, grocery store, etc. Only about a 15 minutes drive to the beach
