The Space:

The gourmet kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and ample seating, makes entertaining a breeze. Each bedroom is a retreat of its own, featuring stylish décor and plush bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Located in the serene North End of Sandbridge, you’ll enjoy easy beach access just steps away, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing. Whether you’re seeking a quiet retreat or an action-packed vacation, this home provides the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience. There's a charcoal grill provided for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Our home is contactless seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously. No request is too big or too small for our team and we strive to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Don't hesitate to ask.

Other Things to Note:
We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking:

1) Our properties are protected by Truvi. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.

2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.

For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.

Our minimum age requirement is generally 25.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.

What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain.
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.
* Baby Wipes/Wet Wipes/Cleaning Pads

* Q-tips/Cotton Balls
* Diapers
* Pills
* Paper Towels/Tissues

4) This is not a pet friendly home.

5) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.

6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.

7) Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. Neither Sojourn nor the owner guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.

8.) A Friendly Note About the Pool:
Very occasionally, some guests may feel a slight tingling sensation while enjoying the pool. This is due to a naturally occurring and completely harmless phenomenon known as Neutral Earth Voltage (NEV). It’s something that happens in coastal areas across the U.S. and in Sandbridge, it’s especially common because of the unique way electricity interacts with the ground here.
Please rest assured: the pool has been thoroughly inspected by professionals and confirmed to be completely safe. This isn’t caused by anything broken or malfunctioning, it’s just part of the natural environment in this area, and many homes nearby experience the same thing.
We just want you to feel informed and at ease. As always, your comfort, safety, and peace of mind are our top priorities.
