Welcome to our stylish penthouse retreat, where three inviting bedrooms, including two kings and a queen bed, await. With three full baths, including two ensuites, and a half bath, comfort and convenience are paramount.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please take note of the following:

Parking: Garage parking is available, with additional first-come, first-served alleyway parking; garage door clearance is 4.76 m wide and 2.26 m high, and the parking stall measures 2.42 m wide by 5.9 m long.

The 4th sleeping area is a cozy office/den, complete with a futon for added comfort. While it's not a designated bedroom, it offers a great additional space for relaxation or sleeping if needed.

All guests (staying or visiting) must be included in your booking. Unbooked guests, visitors, or parties are not permitted. This is not a pet-friendly suite.

A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.

Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.

Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.

We cannot be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please check thoroughly before departure.

Great Apartment and Excellent Location!

The apartment had everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. It was conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. It did not have air conditioning so it was warm for sleeping but they did provide several fans to make it more comfortable.

Good location. Needed to be checked over before renting as the garage remote didnt work nor did the keurig coffee maker. Ceiling fans in all rooms or air conditiining are a recommended upgrade as it was hot and stuffy. Also, having a place that sleeps 6 without a working dishwasher is not optimal. With a little TLC, this place woukd get a 5 star rating.

A beautiful property and a stunning location. No AC or dishwasher but that was in the posting. Luckily we were there on a cooler weekend otherwise this place would be extremely hot during the summer. The beauty of the penthouse makes up for it though as it was very spacious. The property was very clean (including showers and bathrooms). The building itself felt secure, however it did not seem like a lot of residents were in the building. The parking garage was vacant and the garage door opener did not work so we just parked in the alley parking. Property had plenty of supplies and amenities which was lovely. Highly recommend based on location alone as it was very convenient to the UofA and Whyte Ave.

Location

The location was good for what we were there for. I learned thatvyou need to check the whole listing of amenities offered and not be fooled by nice puctures. The couches are very uncomfortable for watching TV. Dishwasher out of order and because I did not check all amenities no air conditioner. Lots of windows so nice and sunny but makes the rooms hot. Small fans offered dont cut it even on just a warm day. We are country folk so just not used to city life. We wrre happy to be close to our destination and felt safe in the lock controlled doir.
