Escape to a serene townhome in Rincon for a fantastic getaway. Quiet neighborhood at 3 min walking distance to one of the best beach Rincon has to offer, downtown area, restaurants and activity sites like snorkeling, scuba diving, paddle boarding, kayaking. It can take you a short drive to reach other beaches in the area where you can continue your adventures with surfing, parasailing, boat rides and more. You will not run out of activities to enjoy with the terrific local food, shopping, night life, art walk and beaches to enjoy! ⛱
This 3-bedroom retreat offers a mix of comfort with a twin bed, queen bed, and bunk bed. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a hair dryer, guests can relax and unwind. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a shower and hair dryer for added convenience. Enjoy your time in Rincon at our townhome.
First floor you will find a comfy living room with Smart TV for your personal connection, PR and US national channels, fast WiFi Internet connectivity and more. Dinning room area with fully equipped kitchen to enjoy a Free Coffee and Tea Bar as a welcome gift on your first day. Also a half bathroom with soap dispenser for your convenience.
Up 13 step stairs to the second floor where you can find the 3 bedrooms, each with their remote AC and over head fan on two of the rooms. A fully renovated bathroom with dispenser that holds shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your use. Patio table with 6 comfortable chairs are outside to enjoy the breeze, échate pa atrás, relax and enjoy. 🏝
Also we have a power generator in case of PR LUMA shut down or failed. It is available until 10 pm.
Access to all rooms of house except one door in living room is off limits due to being a closet for supplies. Back of the house off limits.

Born in Puerto Rico, raised in New York until 19 y/o. Then on one vacation met my husband in Rincon my home town and with some time made this house a Home for my two children for 18 yrs. Hope you can enjoy and learn of the wonders Rincon has to offer. Fall in love with the views, the people and the sound of the waves crashing at just steps away.
