Villa Louiza, just 5 min walk to Pissouri beach, 2 bed Villa with private pool

Villa Louiza is in one of the best locations in Pissouri just 150 mts. from the beach, not only can you see the sea you can hear the sea!! The Villa has its own private swimming pool (9mt x4mt) The Villa has two double bedrooms both with en suites. The master bedroom has king size bed and A/C, second bedroom has two single beds and A/C, both have vaulted ceilings and balconies with beautiful sea views. Downstairs there is a spacious open plan living/dining area with two 3 seater sofas and large dining table, 43 inch TV with UK channels and 1 month catch up, plus you can also log in to Netflix so bring your password. Free high speed WIFI and Air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Both the lounge and dining areas look out to the garden with great views over the pool. There is an outside shaded dining area for those delightful warm evenings and a large brick built BBQ.
The Villa is situated in a private road with its own driveway to park for one car plus additional street parking and just a few minutes walk to the beach. There are some lovely restaurants, bars and two supermarkets situated in Pissouri bay just a couple of minutes walk away.
Pissouri beach is Blue flag with plenty of sunbeds for hire and water sports.
The beautiful village of Pissouri is situated about 4 km up from the bay and boasts beautiful views of the Troodos mountains and the surrounding areas. Very sleepy during the day but comes alive at night with lots of restaurants and bars and during the summer a weekly "Cyprus night" which is great fun for all the family. There is also a large open air amphitheatre that hosts a variety of entertainment throughout the season including Military bands, local shows and some amazing tribute bands from the UK, some past shows there were Coldplay, ELO, simply red, Abba, Fleetwood mac and more, it's a magical experience on a warm evening looking at the light from Limassol 30 km away, having a dance and a drink, highly recommended.

Fantastic Villa and Hosts

Really well equipped and clean Villa, perfectly placed for all the amenities and Pissouri Bay. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Mo & Jeff are lovely hosts too.

We are Mo and Jeff, we own and manage the Villa ourselves so always on hand for any help etc. We have lived in Pissouri since 2008 and have rented the Villa since 2010.
We have extensive 5 star reviews on Trip advisor going back many years and used to advertise with their sister company Holiday lettings but they now no longer want to list private owners so we have listed on this platform, our reviews are still available to view, search simply "villa louiza reviews trip advisor"
We pride ourselves on maintaining and presenting the Villa to the highest standards and cleanliness (as mentioned over and over in our reviews) and as such have built up a large number of regular guests who mostly re book year on year.
We provide a welcome pack on arrival of tea, coffee, milk, jam, sugar, butter, bread, bacon, eggs, cheese, juice, water and a chilled bottle of wine to get you started so even if you arrive in the early hours you have no worries of trying to find somewhere open for the essentials.
We have extensive knowledge of the area so if you need any further help just ask.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Pissouri has been the go to holiday destination since 1981 for our family. This led on to buying holiday homes here and eventually moving for good in 2008
Just a lovely village in a great location with easy access to Limassol and Paphos which are both only 25 mins away, 20 mins from the airport, one hour from the Troodos mountains and the sea on our doorstep, what's not to like???

It's location, cleanliness, all photos are up to date and not 10 years old like many!!
Well maintained, everything in good condition and not having to rely on "property managers" as we live 5 mins away from the villa so in the unlikely event of a problem we can sort it.
But the main reason is our fantastic reviews going back years and our great guests who return every year!!
