The property was beautiful with a great view of the ocean! Everything we wanted :) Good location to restaurants on the island. Really loved having a washer and dryer in the unit! Owner was fabulous and ensured we had everything we needed with great communication. We will stay here again!

Great Place for all Generations!

The condo was perfect for 3 generations and the facility had so much to do! I may suggest bringing your own beach chairs as the ones there weren’t very comfortable, but that is just a personal preference. Overall, it was perfect and Ray was so kind and easy to work with.

Very nice unit!

We enjoyed our stay at the resort! The unit met all our needs and more. Very conveniently located to the beach. Lots of alternative activities in the premises. Convenient to restaurants, groceries, drug stores, etc. The owner was very responsive to any requests we had.

Love this condo!

This was our second time staying in this unit. We absolutely love it! The owner is great to work with, kind, friendly and a great communicator. We went with 5 other families and we were all able to get our own units and it was fun for all. The property is clean and well maintained. We hated to leave… hope to be back! ❤️

Great place to stay

We loved the rental, very close to beach, ocean view and suitable for my family. The manager was very responsive and helpful. The only complaint is the mattress in master bedroom was really bad and needs to be replaced. The other issue we had which is not related to this property but related to island club was that the bike rental for the area did not have kids bike and that ruined our biking plan. Overall we were happy with our place. Thanks

Farewell to Wife/Mother/Grandmother

We came back to Hilton Head to have a closure moment, as my wife passed away April 14th. We had come here to the island for several anniversary visits. We sprinkled her ashes in the ocean. Ray was so kind and was very attentive to every aspect of our visit. I will look forward to coming back to this very same spot again!

Perfect Trip !

We love Hilton Head and staying at the island club. Condos are very spacious and perfect for our family of four. This condo was extremely clean and a great location. The owner Ray is super helpful and very nice. We will be back and definitely recommend to family and friends !

Great time for family

Island club was clean and quiet. Great for families with young kids or older families that don’t want all the noise of the party crowd. The condos were older but clean and everything was in working order. Overall great experience

Great location and beautifully maintained

We took my senior mother here for a vacation. As close to the water as you get almost. 2 bedroom, 2 bath well appointed kitchen. The patio overlooks a green area and you can see the playground, BBQ and game area, dunes, and it does have an ocean view. There are short beach chairs and 2 folding taller chairs that I donated. A pristine pool, hot tub and kiddie pool just a short walk from the unit. There is a lifeguard on duty during the day on the ocean which makes it nice. My mom was able to swim in the ocean as it was calm and a good stable walk from the unit. Washer and dryer and outdoor showers. Nice attentive host. Lots of restaurants, miniature and adult golf, shopping and a mall close by. We also took side day trips to Beaufort and Savannah. This condo is about midway between the 2.

Awesome place!

awesome place and great hosts/owners! great side view of ocean. condo is very homey feeling, clean, and has all the amenities you could want (plus some extra beach toys and chairs etc to use). Complex is great-- plenty close by and easy to get to. Pool is great. Playground is great. Grills etc on site. Beach area is not too busy at all. We would definitely come back if its available when we return to HH.

Rest and Relaxation with a view

Condo was beautiful and well-equipped. The view from the deck was wonderful. I appreciated its location on North Hilton Head - out of the busy area but still close enough to go in for a day or more if you like. The beach is stunning and perfect for long walks and sun bathing. No crowds to speak of even at Spring Break. The pool is nice and well maintained and a simple, 2 minute walk from the condo. We rented bicycles right on site. Bring your own beach towels. We will return again!

Summer rental

We loved this place. The beach was awesome and not crowded. The property was nice and we'll maintained. The condo was clean and homey. We had everything we needed provided. I would just suggest bringing your own beach chairs. Highly recommended

Winter Rental 2015

We had the pleasure of renting this unit this past winter. Coming from MA, it was great having comfortable weather and staying in a unit that was so well stocked that we felt like we were at home. The unit was newly renovated with a wonderful deck and great view of the ocean. On days when we couldn't sit on the public deck or around the pool, we enjoyed many cups of coffee and tea on our deck out of the weather. Dealing directly with the owner was a plus since he called on the first day we were there to ensure that we found everything that we needed and called back again before we vacated the condo to enquire if anything needed maintenance. Counting the days until we return next year.

Loved It

I was lucky enough to rent this unit for one week during the summer of 2014. I had the pleasure of dealing directly with the owner and all communications were clear and concise, and arrangements easily executed. the unit is well maintained, on the beach, with amenities of pools,tennis and game courts, and a central club house. Placed on the northern end of the island access to all outside activities such as movies, malls, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. is direct. My week there was absolutely lovely and the owner extended every hospitality. I very much recommend it.

We recommend this property

This property was very well maintained to the point that we received a call to find if there were any maintenance issues before we finished our vacation as well a a call by the owner when we arrived to be sure we had all we needed. The decor is very nice and the unit is convenient to the ocean or swimming pools. Will rent this unit again.

We have been the only owners (since 1978) of this villa. Obviously, Hilton Head and the Island Club has been our favorite vacation spot for many years.

It is a family friendly two bedroom villa located on a quiet, secluded beach area frequented mostly by local residents and only steps from the villa. Kitchen is fully furnished for those with a desire to cook while on vacation. Large flat screen TVs in living area and bedrooms. Summer activities program for children is available on site. Large pool area with chaise lounge chairs and tables for poolside relaxing. Outdoor spa tub and tanning pool. Children’s walk in pool with water spouts and sprinklers.
