This is a private mansion, exclusive to your friends and family. Ideal for large gatherings, reunions/ retreats*** IMPORTANT*. PLEASE..If your stay is within the next 90 days, please ASK about availability first before making the booking even if it shows available. We will respond IMMEDIATELY.
- Our property offers an industrial grade generator and water back up system, so you will always be safe and comfortable during power and water interruptions. Most rentals here do not provide this!
The space: The following are the sleeping arrangements and bathrooms for each of the suites
Suite #1, First Floor
Bedroom 1 has one king bed, sleeps 2
Bedroom 2 has two queen beds, sleeps 4
Living area has a queen sofa bed, sleeps 2
Each of the bedrooms has a full bathroom.
Suite #2, First Floor
Bedroom 1 has one king bed, sleeps 2
Bedroom 2 has one king bed, sleeps 2
Bedroom 3 has one queen bed, sleeps 2
Living Area has one queen sleep sofa, sleeps 2
Optional: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and there is a $75 fee, we can provide a very high quality, one touch button, air queen mattress.
There are two full bathrooms in this suite.
Suite 3, Second Floor
Bedroom 1 has one king Bed, sleeps 2
Bedroom 2 has 2 queen beds, sleeps 4
Living area has 1 queen sleep sofa bed, sleeps 2
Each of the bedrooms has a full bathroom.
Suite 4, Second Floor
Bedroom 1 has 2 queen beds, sleeps 4

There is one full bathroom in this suite.
To be clear, suite 5 is the smallest of our suites, and only has one bathroom. All other 4 suites have 2 full bathrooms. However Suite 5 is at the rooftop, and some guests like that. Also note, Suite 5 does not have a full kitchen, it does have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker that is situated on the outdoor living space.
-Guest access
All registered guests have full access to the Pool area, picnic area, and exterior premises on the 1st floor.
The property is located in the Ocean Park vicinity of Santa Teresita. Santa Teresita is a gated community with an officer on call 24/7 as private security. Guests with car must enter through the security gate and identify that they are staying in our McLeary property. Guests that are walking must also use the security gate entrance that has a guard 24/7.
Other things to note
The following rules are for the enjoyment and safety:
1. POOL HOURS: 8am-10pm
2. The pool and pool area are for the relaxation and enjoyment of all checked-in guests, but please be respectful of our neighbors. Please!
3. EXCESSIVE NOISE AND EXCESSIVE LOUD MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED AT ANYTIME, in respect of our neighbors.
4. Only confirmed guests are allowed in the house and in the pool area. Outside guests using our facilities, including the pool area, are not allowed for the comfort of our staying guests.
5. Our pool is for your enjoyment. You swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Please care for children and elders at all times.
6. Before getting in the pool, please wash off any sand at the outdoor shower or at foot wash station in front of the house.
7. No diving.
8. QUIET HOURS: Excessive noise after 10 pm is not allowed, please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors.
9. TRASH: Guests are responsible for picking up all trash in pool area. There are multiple trash bins on the side of property so you can dispose of all trash. A violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fee charged to guest.
10. We may allow your well- mannered small and medium size pet with a maximum weight of 50 pounds, but it must be approved by host in writing first. Guests must agree with Pet Policy, which will be sent upon request. Subject to $150 fee for one pet.
11. Turn off all A/C units, TVs, and lights at check-out.
12. We are not responsible for unavoidable situations that may happen during your stay, such as meteorological conditions or power outages; no reimbursements will be made. In case there is a water outage, you don't need to worry, as we have a water reserve tank in the property.
13. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THE PROPERTY, nor pool area without specific written approval. NO FILMING ON PREMISES, approval must be in writing via the platform.
t must be arranged at least 72 hours prior to arrival, and will be subject to additional fees.
14. We are proud to inform you that our property is solar sustainable, utilizing solar panels for hot water. While this eco-friendly feature allows us to minimize our environmental footprint, we want to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Please note that due to the nature of solar heating, the availability and temperature of hot water may fluctuate, especially during periods of high demand, such as when multiple showers are taken consecutively or during rainy weather or unsunny days.
15. We have a strict Check-in/Check-out policy. This is necessary to create a clean and healthy experience for all guests. Late check-outs may be possible (not guaranteed) and subject to an additional $50 per hour or the cost of an additional night, whichever is less. Late checkouts must be requested in advance, are subject to availability and must be approved 24 hours prior.
