Professionally decorated with Disney-themed kids’ rooms, it features 3 king beds, 2 bunk-bed rooms, an upstairs loft, and a private pool. Perfectly designed for relaxation and fun, this dream vacation home offers premium comfort and space for the whole family!

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
➤ Guests will have full access to the entire unit. Please feel free to make yourself at home. Kindly note that the owner’s closet near the front door will remain locked and is not accessible to guests.
➤ Availability of free shared driveway parking for 2 cars.

Tucked away in the charming and serene community of Tropical Palms Circle, this neighborhood offers a peaceful escape while still being close to all the excitement. Located just minutes from popular attractions like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, it’s an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure. Enjoy nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options, or take a stroll through the lush, tree-lined streets for a truly relaxing atmosphere.
Car Access: Conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to drive to top attractions like Disney World, Universal Studios, and shopping centers.
Public Transit: Local bus stops are just a short walk away, offering easy access to nearby areas and attractions.
Ride-Sharing: Uber and Lyft services are readily available for quick and convenient transportation around the area.
Bicycle Rentals: For those who enjoy cycling, nearby rental options allow you to explore the local area on two wheels.
Airport Access: Orlando International Airport is a 25-minute drive, making travel to and from the property hassle-free.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
9. Trash bins must be placed in the designated area and should never be left on another property.
