The Space:
In this newly built modern lake house, as you enter, you're greeted by sleek, contemporary design and abundant natural light flooding through expansive windows, framing breathtaking views of the tranquil cove. The open concept living space on the main floor seamlessly connects the gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked, dining area, and living room, creating the perfect atmosphere for gatherings with loved ones. Gather for a movie or cozy up around the fireplace on chillier evenings on the oversized sofa.

This home has four spacious bedrooms, each boasting its own ensuite bathroom, comfort and luxury await every guest. Our master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, complemented by a gorgeous ensuite bathroom featuring a lavish soaking tub and stunning glass shower, promising a tranquil oasis within your own sanctuary. Head up to the next floor where you will find our other two king bedrooms, each offering spacious accommodations and modern furnishings, with the added delight of a shared patio where you can enjoy leisurely mornings or tranquil evenings overlooking the cove. The fourth bedroom is our bunk room and furnished with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds and a single twin bed.

Step out from the kitchen onto our charming outdoor dining area, with convenient stairs leading up to the expansive sundeck for seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living, perfect for entertaining or simply soaking up the sunshine with panoramic views of the serene cove. The highlight of our outdoor space is the boat dock with an expansive sundeck, inviting you to spend leisurely days on the water, whether its boating, fishing, or simply basking in the sun. Take out one of the two complimentary kayaks and the paddle board and explore the cove! Or relax in the hot tub on the lower patio after a day of adventure!

For entertainment, head down to the converted garage transformed into a vibrant game room, complete with a daybed and trundle for additional sleeping arrangements. Challenge friends and family to a game of ping pong or air hockey or unwind with a movie night after a day of adventure on the lake.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole house, hot tub, sundeck and boat dock. The lift is not available for guests, but you may tie up the boat on either side of the dock. This is a quiet calm cove. There is one floating jet ski lift available to use.

The neighborhood:
The neighborhood is close to HEB, local restaurants such as Wake Point and Boat Town Burger Bar. It is also close to local attractions such as Inks Lake State Park, Longhorn Caverns, Perissos Winery, Johnson City wineries and more!

Guests will have access to the entire house, boat dock deck, and hot tub. You may tie up your boat on either side of the boat dock as we currently store our boat on the lift. This is a quiet calm cove with "no wake" signs posted. There is one floating jet ski lift available to use.

This home can accommodate up to 14 guests. Any number exceeding this limit will be asked to vacate the premises without refund.

Age Restrictions:
You must be 25 or older to rent.
Absolutely no parties or events.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed at this house.

Safety:
There are multiple balconies and a boat dock deck at the house. Climbing, leaning or jumping from balcony railings or from the boat dock deck is not permitted.

Life vests will be provided to guests during stays. Vests must be worn at all times when using kayaks or paddle boards.

We ask that the hot tub be covered at all times when not in use and children under the age of 13 are supervised when using the hot tub.
