*🚨NO SMOKING anywhere on the property since the smoke carries inside the house and to our neighbors. No marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, nor vaping allowed. 🚭 Violation of these rules shall result in additional charges up to 500.00 and any other damages assessed. 🚷Unregistered, unauthorized or additional guests shall incur a daily penalty (75.00) per child (150.00) per adult, per day. This charge will be added to your booking details and you must authorize payment within two (2) hours or face cancellation of your accommodation without refund of lost days.
*There is one operational security camera located at the front door, in the form of a Ring doorbell which records both visually and audibly. There is also a security camera for your safety by the back patio facing the alleyway, garage alley entry and is actively recording 24/7 during your stay. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously.
