This oasis is perfectly located within Suncadia Resort, just a short distance from The Lodge, Inn, Spa and Winery.
* Enjoy the expansive outdoor space, featuring a private pool heated to 80* (may-Sept )included, (Oct -April pool closed or if you would like it heated for $200/day) * * a large 14-person hot tub.
* Enjoy a large gas fire pit year round.
* Ideally located next to scenic trails and a golf course, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
* Situated in the heart of Suncadia, you’ll be just moments away from parks, dining, and entertainment options.
* Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the surrounding woods, creating a peaceful atmosphere.
* A fun and functional cabin designed for entertainment, ideal for group gatherings.
* The home features a striking spiral staircase connecting three levels for a unique architectural touch.
* Discover a hidden “chill room,” perfect for relaxation and unwinding.
* Heated driveway and back patio for winter snow months for easy clear access to the home.
* Enjoy a poker table in the basement bar area, as well as a few table top games and cards available for use.

**We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center and Nelson Dairy Pool due to resort rules which are out of our control. You will not be charged a resort fee when renting CoalMine Lodge
