If you’re looking for a home-away-from-home vacation, you’ve found it! Thoughtfully furnished for ultimate comfort, the living room invites you to sink into comfortable seating, where you can unwind and stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. Discover a serene retreat overlooking the stunning golf course when you step onto the patio just beyond the living area, with seating perfect for sipping your morning coffee or savoring a delicious meal while soaking in the peaceful surroundings.



Head back inside to the open, airy kitchen to find full-size appliances and beautiful cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware to prepare home-cooked meals. Two high-top stools at the counter offer a casual venue for light snacks or a breakfast on the go, while the dining table seats 4 for the perfect game night or enjoying dinner together.



This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed with adjustable base, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a s ingle vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a walk-down unit with 16 steps required.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required with a mandatory parking fee of $7 per car per night, to be paid to the resort upon check-in at the Welcome Center.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

• A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



The exclusive gated-community of StoneBridge Village offers many on-site amenities for you to enjoy including the LedgeStone 18-hole, par 71, championship golf course, the LedgeStone Club House and adjoining LedgeStone Grille for your dining enjoyment, a gym, two inviting pools for a relaxing day of sun and fun, adventurous walking trails and playgrounds for the little ones. The home is less than 4 miles from the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes. Downtown Branson, just 10.5 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
