This was a great place to rest between traveling destinations. It was peaceful ,the beds were very comfortable ,the home interior is nicely updated and very clean .

Chris is very easy going and gave me and my family a very clean as per listing home stay. Easy entry and very quiet home in a residential area. Close to all shops just about 10 to 15 mins away from the home. I would definitely rent this lovely home again. One of the best homes I've stayed thus far in North Carolina.

Beds were very comfortable. Master shower was amazing. Location is very close to the action. Super clean. Easy communication with host. We thought everything turned out to be better than initially described.

Great location for downtown and not far to other fun things around. I like to keep negative reviews to myself. I must say I have been to better vrbo homes that is more welcoming and take proud of the home. The beds was ok. Couch sit way below my taste. I had to crawl to get up. Overall I will be nice and end this review. I hope this help anyone that would love to rent this place.

Upon entry to the home first impression was nicely remodeled older home brought up to date with modern features. The home was clean and temperature was perfect. I had contacted the host earlier and communication was swift and helpful. The home was located close to downtown venues. This made for a very pleasant and comfortable trip. We enjoyed our stay. Communication was horrible did not get code from host he said he had the wrong date down house was nasty trash was not removed from previous guest not coffee grinds removed so Nate was a big issue and trash outside was overflowing lock on window was broken and it looked like there was no post construction clean up cobwebs on windows etc spent 1st day cleaning up. Neighborhood is sketchy and on a busy street. No fenced yard or outdoor area to sit

Short two night stay. I am going to leave an honest review with the good and the bad. Inside the house , it was nicely decorated but lacked seating . The couch is really small and extremely low to the ground , the house said it sleeps 5 but only has a dining room table the size of a small oval desk. Cleaning by the windowsills inside has to be taken care of . Dead flies , spiders (dead and alive) and cobwebs. Dish soap only had enough to wash about 5 plates. Major gnat problem all throughout the house but mainly the kitchen. Outside of house , needs a lot of TLC . Tons and tons of cobwebs , long grass , driveway covered in big sticks , and there is no seating in the backyard. Garbage and recycling has not been taken out in weeks. We barely have room for our one garbage bag to fit before we leave. It’s located on a very busy street. Chris had great communication up until I messaged him about how bad the gnats were after the first night of being there . He never even responded. Overall , if this place was a little more taken care of it would have been a perfect stay.

The property was clean and pet friendly. Unfortunately, we had to go out and acquire a few necessary items that were listed as being available in the home. There was no hand soap or shampoo in the bathrooms. Also, there was an ironing board, but no iron. My husband had to go out and obtain one. We were in town for a rehearsal dinner and wedding, so this item was needed. If I would have known ahead of time, I would have brought my hand steamer. Lesson learned for me!

The house is undeniably cute and has a lot of charm, which is why it's disappointing that the guest experience didn't feel fully thought through. When we arrived, the property was not ready at check-in, which got our stay off to a frustrating start. We also found barely enough hand soap for a single night, no kitchen knives, and several details made the home feel unfinished, such as hand towels not being set out on the towel bars.The space itself has great potential, but some basic amenities and preparation were lacking. Even the couch felt surprisingly small for the size of the room and wasn't particularly comfortable for relaxing. None of these issues ruined our stay, but together they created the impression that the property wasn't fully set up with guests' needs in mind.With a little more attention to preparation, stocking essentials, and guest comfort, this could be a much better experience because the home itself is very appealing.

This newly remodeled house was clean, comfortable and stylish. It was just what we needed on the north end of Charlotte. Chris was so easy to work with. He answered any questions in a very reasonable time. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here 1 night because we were in town for a concert. Booking process was very easy, the host answered my questions quickly, and everything was as expected. Newly remodeled home with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. The master bath shower was beautiful and had great water pressure. Very easy access to uptown charlotte. Would definitely stay here again!
