Beautiful Furnished Mendocino House - Summer/Fall Rental
Hear the ocean thundering into the headlands from the house - and there's even an ocean view!
This lovely house has a wonderful open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings with real redwood beams in both the living, dining and kitchen areas and in the master bedroom. The kitchen opens into the living room and dining area. Craftsman built cabinets are throughout the kitchen and bathrooms.
The Master bedroom is very spacious and has its own deck, a large walk in closet and a large bathroom with an upstairs 'sitting area' as well. There is ample room for two office areas upstairs. The master bedroom has a California King bed, desks/work tables, bureau and a love seat sofa and coffee table.
The second bedroom is downstairs, with a double and single bed. It has it's own full bath with a tub and closet.
The house is fully furnished up and downstairs. The living room has large comfortable sofas and chairs, coffee table, side tables, and the dining area has a large dining room table and chairs. All kitchen needs - dishes, pots & pans, silverware included in the rental, as well as household linens.
The house is in a wonderful open meadow type setting. Lots of sun almost all day. There is an enclosed sun porch that heats up the whole house really well.
There is a Jotul gas 'wood stove' like heater in the living room. Appliances are all high quality and in good shape.
There's a nice outdoor deck surrounding the living room area. A comfortable table and chairs are on the deck so you can enjoy meals and see the ocean too! There are pretty flowering bushes all around the front deck area. The property is on about an acre.
It has a 2 car garage, with one space available. Washer and dryer available & in the garage.
The location is quiet sunny open park like setting - three minutes to downtown Mendocino.
This is the perfect summer getaway and retreat in Mendocino. It is wonderful for a sabbatical, building a house or for a place to live and get to know if the Mendocino North Coast life is for you. No smokers. Pets maybe.
