Bedroom 1: Bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) on the main floor.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed on the main floor.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom (shower only) and the breaker box located in the room.

Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1: Ensuite to Bedroom 3 with a shower only.
Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo on the main floor.

Living Areas:
The cozy living room includes a plush sofa, accent chairs, and a flat-screen TV, with easy access to the deck for indoor-outdoor living. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, offering ample seating and a picturesque view of the lake.

The property is conveniently located less than 2 miles from Interstate 81 (I-81), providing quick access to major routes and regional attractions.

Parking:
Guests can park in the driveway, which can accommodate up to 3 cars. A parking diagram will be included in the listing for your convenience.

Trash is to be stored in bins at the top of the drive way where guests will park.
TV service is roku for the guests to stream, please logout of platforms that you may have used.
Guests have access to propane grill.

1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2. If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
4. We DO NOT provide propane refills.
