It is a 2-storey villa, in the ground floor is the open living room area with the kitchen and dining table. One bedroom and a full bathroom is on this floor, In the storage room you can use the washing machine.
On the second floor, you find the second bedroom and bathroom.
A large patio is on the upper floor.

The villa is approximately 2.5 km from the villages of Adele and Pigi, where you can find supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, and other amenities. This peaceful retreat is only 3.5 km from the beach and 10 km from the city of Rethymno.
The historic Arkadi Monastery, known as the site of the heroic Cretan sacrifice against the Turks in 1866, where the gunpowder keg was ignited to avoid captivity, is just 15 km away.
For nature lovers, a 40-50 minute drive will take you to the Drimos Gorge, a site of unique natural beauty. Hidden within the rocks of the gorge is the little church of Agios Antonios (Saint Anthony), which is literally built into the rock formations.
