KS Mega Villa

KS Luxury Villas offers guests the opportunity to truly immerse themselves in the Cretan experience. Within easy reach from the island’s famous Kournas Lake and the popular town of Georgioupolis our villas combine a contemporary, modern style with supreme comfort.
Built in 2022 our villas offer guests an exclusive, relaxing experience all within the idyllic setting of Greece’s most hospitable island. Our philosophy is simple: to offer first-rate hospitality coupled with unrivalled privacy.
KS Mega Villa consists of 3 units located next to each other which communicate through the garden/pool areas (all complex). The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people as it offers 9 bedrooms , 9 bathrooms and 2 WC.

Unit 1 (KS 1)

Ground floor
● A large living-dining room with a corner sofa bed (can accommodate one guest) with direct access to the terrace and the pool area.
● Kitchen with an oven, a fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, tea making facilities, a juicer, a toaster, a dish set and dining area.
● A bedroom with a queen-size double bed, smart TV set, mini fridge, ceiling fan.
● A bathroom on the ground floor opposite the first bedroom.
● A second bedroom with a queen-size double bed, smart TV set, ceiling fan and private bathroom with shower.

Upper Floor
● A third bedroom with a queen-size double bed, smart TV set, mini fridge, ceiling fan and private bathroom with shower.
● A fourth bedroom with a queen-size double bed, a sofa bed and a chair bed, smart TV set, mini fridge, ceiling fan and private bathroom with shower.

● Smart large TV at the living room.
● Air-conditioning units in all areas.
● Free Wi-Fi internet access.
● Outdoor dining set (table with chairs).
● Washing machine.
● Iron and ironing board.
● Safe deposit box.
● Hair dryer.
● Linen and towels.
● Toiletries.
● Swimming pool towels.
● Baby cot (upon request).

● Housekeeping, towels and bed linen change every 3 or 4 days for reservations of 7 days or more.

● A master bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a king size bed , smart TV set, ceiling fan and private bathroom with shower.
● A WC.

Upper Floor
● A second bedroom with a queen-size double bed, smart TV set, mini fridge, ceiling fan and private bathroom with shower.
● A third bedroom with a queen-size double bed, smart TV set, mini fridge, ceiling fan and private bathroom with shower.

The swimming pool in each villa can be heated with an additional daily charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week advance notice).
Each outdoor pool can reach 6 to 8 degrees more that the 24 h average air temperature with maximum value of 29°C.
