Nice property bad business practices
I will start by saying the property is well maintained and cared for. You can tell the owners take pride in the Condo. It was also clean which can be hard to come by in the VRBO world. Everything seemed to work well and there were no light bulbs burnt out, again a rarity in the VRBO world. It was about a 7minute walk in ski boots to the mountain, not recommended for small kids, but adults should be able to do the walk no problem. The one thing that deemed the overall rating was the customer service aspect. I tried canceling this stay well over a month prior to our stay and the management and owner said they would not reimburse us our money. We had a medical issue come up and even though we we're almost forced to try and enjoy this VRBO it was a very lack luster experience because of the medial ailment. We could not enjoy the mountain as we expected. It is very bothersome that in trying to cancel a month in advance that they would not cooperate with us and refund our money. I own a business myself and would never have condoned my team to handle a situation as such. My only warning is if you are questioning or even thinking about rescheduling find another VRBO to rent, because they are not willing to refund your money, not even if you try and cancel an entire month out.
