Our elegant and central 4 bed home is located in the vibrant EastEnd district, and is less than 10 minutes from many of Houston's top spots. Our gated property includes an open-concept living room and eat-in chef's kitchen.

Our beautiful home includes three stories.

Level 1 - Queen bed with 50 inch TV, closet . Backyard patio to our gated yard.

Level 2 - The 2nd floor offers 1 Full bedroom with 50 inch TV, an open concept living room with a 50 inch TV, and a master kitchen with Stove, Oven, Fridge, Freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, and wine/beverage cooler. We have a dining area with seating for 6 and an additional 3 dining chairs at our kitchen Island. Our living room smart TV includes access to YouTube TV.

Level 3 - Our dreamy master retreat with King bed, and great views overlooking the busy intersection/railroad crossing will wow your guests. Elegantly designed ensuite bathroom, equipped with a deep soaking tub and huge walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The 4th bedroom, and 2nd on the 3rd floor, includes a queen bed with private full bath. Our washing machine and dryers are also on the 3rd floor.

The home also offers a gated yard, back porch, front balcony, as well as garage parking.

Wake up to freshly brewed coffee, wind down with a warm cup of tea; whether you choose to dine out or cook in, this house has you covered.

Each of our Four bedrooms are equipped with a 50 inch smart TV with access to your favorite streaming services. The home offers top-notch Wi-Fi throughout for any working visitors.

Do you have children coming to visit? Our home is kid friendly and includes a pack-n-play (available on upon request) and adults can lounge on the back deck with privacy or watch the world go by from the front porch. Our third floor game room offers a large space for kiddos and adults alike to have fun, including a comfy sectiona sofal, Roku smart TV and several games to play.

Parking: Parking for up to 3 vehicles in our garage/ driveway. Additional street parking available on a side street next to our home.
Guest access
This single-family home is provide to guests. There is no shared spaces in the home. The back yard gated area is divided by a gate.

Welcome to our EastEnd paradise in the East Downtown District!
A few things to note:
1. ID verification required prior to check in.
2. We have cameras at the front door and one in the backyard above the garage facing the street.
3. Pets are allowed with a fee.
4. The Union Pacific Train passes directly in front of our home (Great sight to see, but can be noisy. Those seeking a quiet place should be aware).
5. Decibel monitor device in common area.
6. If you are booking for a SAME DAY check-in, please message to confirm availability and check-in time.
7. EARLY CHECK-IN IS ONLY ALLOWED IF NO GUESTS THE NIGHT PRIOR. Please ask the night before your check-in for approval.

Early Check-in Fee: If you are looking to check-in early, we allow a FREE early check-in up to 2PM (If it's available, and no guests book the night prior). If you need to check-in prior prior to 2PM, there is an additional $20 fee per HOUR before 2pm.
