A few things not offered:
(1) No hairdryers
there is no way to sanitize a hairdryer. If you use a hairdryer please bring your own.
(2) No irons
many guests tend to iron on the mattress;
the cooling mattress technology would be destroyed by ironing on the bed. The dry cleaner does offer a pressing service.
