Gulf Highlands + Street Legal Golf Cart + Pet-Friendly, Electric Beach Wagon

Welcome to The Sandbox, a townhome in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort that sleeps 8, welcomes 2 pups (max 25 lbs each), and includes use of a street-legal golf cart and an electric beach wagon for no additional cost.

The Sandbox townhome is looking to elevate your beach experience. This end unit, ground floor, two story townhome in Panama City Beach offers a spacious, beachy interior with a living area with a big, comfortable sectional sofa, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, bar seating, and Florida/bonus room with sleeper sofa and smart TV. There is a half-bath on the 1st floor along with a washer and dryer. Guests will be able to park in two dedicated parking spots directly in front of our entry door. No waiting on elevators.

Need to get a little work done? Enjoy the dedicated office space complete with wifi-printer.

Out the back door, there is a patio with seating alongside a great green space perfect for stretching little legs or for pups. The Sandbox is just steps away from the pool. Additionally, the putt-putt course and shuffleboard are conveniently close. The resort also features tennis courts and pickleball courts, just a short walk or golf cart ride away. We provide all the necessary equipment you'll need to enjoy these activities inside our townhome.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a king bed, smart TV, clothing storage and ensuite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, smart TV, clothing storage and access to the second bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The Sandbox includes use of our street-legal golf cart (seats 6) for no additional cost. All drivers must be 21 years or older and follow the rules of PCB regarding where street-legal carts are allowed (a map is provided). Golf carts can enter and depart the resort through a convenient automated gate. The beach is a quick golf cart ride or short walk within the resort to the Front Beach Road gate, where you can easily cross over to the private beach access.

Gulf Highlands is a gated resort community with 24/7 security and incredible amenities including 11 swimming pools (5 heated seasonally), tennis courts, pickleball courts, 18-hole putt-putt, shuffleboard, playground, and a restaurant with a pool and bathrooms is directly on the Gulf of America with no steps needed to get to the beach.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes parking passes for two vehicles. No additional passes are allowed, no trailer or boat parking is available. Pets are limited to two, max of 25 lbs each.
