Discover a new adventure every day in this newly remodeled, private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. This cozy room is located 20 miles away from the Grand Canyon National Park in a mobile home park 3 minutes down a gravel road. Let the worries of the world slip away while you prepare for your Grand Canyon adventure with a plush queen-size bed that sleeps 2, a queen-size bunk bed that sleeps 4, a smart TV,WiFi, a microwave, and a mini fridge. Only minutes away from a gas station and restaurants.

Access will include two separate bedrooms, two private bathrooms, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, and smart TV with FREE WIFI. Due to our remoteness, our night skies offer world-class stargazing. This location is superb for getting the most out of your Grand Canyon experience, being right in the middle of the action of the Grand Canyon, Bearizona, and the Sky Walk.

We take your comfort very seriously, so let us know if there are any issues. We have people who live on site or close to it, to help the guest in any way.

You will be close to all the action, but in an incredibly relaxing and private escape. Just a 20-minute drive from the Grand Canyon National Park means you can arrive in time to see the sunrise or sunset. We also recommend checking out other nearby attractions, including: Bearizona in Williams or Downtown Flagstaff.The area you are in is 1 mile down a gravel road in a rural area. There are other houses and campers in the area, as well as street lights and security cameras.

There is an airport and a park shuttle service in Tusayan, AZ, 20 miles away. Uber and Lyft are offered inside Grand Canyon National Park.

The mobile home park is located one mile off the highway down a dirt road and can be muddy in certain weather conditions. With the rural area the internet can be very spotty and unreliable, But is the best service we have access to in the area.

Great Space for 6 people

We stayed the night to be near Grand Canyon. The 1 mile dirt road was not so bad. The unit was as spacious as a hotel room would be. The 2 bathrooms were also spacious and the heater works fine! Large parking area. Neighbors are quiet. I believe this is really a place for travelers to just sleep and carry on. The Tiny home was also very clean and the check in and out instructions were very clear. I highly recommend this place.

Terrible stay with not much help from the host

This property is advertised as newly remodeled. However, the unit is far from new. Chipping paint all over the unit, inside and out. Front doors that are missing a seal. Yellow-stained sink and gross shampoo that looks like it's growing mold in the shower container. The bed had a flat sheet instead of the fitted sheet that got rolled up within the first 5 minutes in the bed. The first night, we had to sleep in the cold, when the outside was 25F. I notified the host within 1 hour of arrival that the heater was not working. 5 and a half hours later, still no one came to even look at it. The next day still no action until I contacted VRBO support in the afternoon. The housekeeper came, handed me pliers, and pointed at the heater. Since the housekeeping team does not speak English, I had to contact the host again, letting her know that this is not safe for me to try to stick the pliers in the heater. I wasn't even sure what I was supposed to do with the heater and the pliers. The housekeeper came back and turned on the heater so high that the second night, we had to sleep with the windows open, it was so hot. There was no way to turn the heater off. The host never responded to my complaint and is now avoiding me. Horrible place with an unresponsive host. Would not stay here again.
