This is a top floor Penthouse unit, a two bedroom condo with an upstairs sleeping loft and air conditioning, that is located at the upper section of the property. It is only a short distance walk to the amenities building where you will find an indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, and Game Room. The condo will sleep up to 8 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and 4 twin beds in the upstairs loft. There is also a sitting area in the loft with a flat screen TV that gives the kids/young adults an area separate from the living room. The units living room has a pellet stove, and the owners have provided a list of suppliers where guests can purchase the premium pellets. The owners supply a baby gate for guests convenience and have installed a childproof banister in the upstairs loft that overlooks the living room. The condo has 2 mini-split air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom and one the loft area. As with all of our Penthouses it has a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area and 2 private bathrooms as well as a washer and dryer. This condo has 2 private decks, the lower deck is accessible from the master bedroom and the living room and the upper deck is accessible from the loft; both have different views. This is not a Pet or Allergy Free condo.

Owners may make changes to their unit prior to guests arrival.
