▻ We recommend Uber or Lyft. We have not had any issues with either.

Other Things to Note:
We take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for your stay. The home is professionally cleaned and well-maintained, though minor signs of age may be present as this is a well-loved home rather than a hotel-style property. If anything needs attention, we’ll address it promptly to ensure a stress-free visit. We kindly ask that you treat the home as your own, and guests are responsible for any damages or loss, which should be reported immediately.
HOUSE RULES:
▻ Please do not unplug any electronics that are currently connected. Unplugging devices may result in a $100 fee.
▻ Strictly NO PARTIES.
▻ Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM
▻ Strictly NO SMOKING
▻ Kindly keep noise and activity neighbor-friendly.
▻ NO pets allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $200 penalty fee to cover professional cleaning.
▻ Visitors are welcome but only with prior notice and host approval.
By booking this property, you agree to follow all rules and guidelines outlined in the listing. Failure to comply may result in a $500 fee, charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
POLICIES:
▻ Early Check-In – We’ll do our best to accommodate! Same-day requests depend on our cleaning team, and for future stays, the only guaranteed option is booking the prior night (if available).
▻ Luggage Drop – We’re happy to allow luggage drop with prior host approval.
▻ Late Check-Out – Let us know by the day before. To guarantee a late check-out, the following night would need to be booked. Please note, unapproved late check-outs may incur a $50/hour fee, and check-outs at 12 PM or later will be considered an extra night’s stay.
▻ Package Delivery – We cannot guarantee safe or timely receipt of packages sent to the home. For reliability, we recommend using a local pick-up location or requesting doorstep delivery if sending items here.
▻ No Pets Policy - NO pets allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $200 penalty fee to cover professional cleaning.
▻ Third-Party Bookings - We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else.
▻ Mail Back Service - If you forget something, we can mail it back for a $50 fee (as long as it’s not an oversized item)
▻ Cancellation - We provide a free cancellation if you cancel more than 30 days in advanced or within 24 hours of confirmation (as long as the check in date is more than 2 weeks out). If the cancellation is not during these windows, we will provide you a refund of any amount recouped from another booking during the same reservation dates, but this can only occur if you cancel the reservation to allow us to host other guests.

Very happy with cleanliness & new condition of items, especially both bathrooms. I didn’t see any indication in the description or photos that the rooms are on two floors with stairway which is somewhat steep. No problem for my group of five people…might be major concern for people with limited mobility.Please upgrade to have full size ironing board. We made the miniature table top board work, but it was disappointing. Please provide dish towels in kitchen…we made due drying dishes with paper towels, but disappointing.VERY grateful to have access to washer & drier for clothes…nice bonus.Directions to wi-fi access in the intro e-mail did not match small signs posted at multiple spots on the property…confusing. The internet access posted in site was better to option described in the intro e-mail…update the intro e-mail. I sent message to host day before our arrival because had not yet received intro e-mail…host explained my ID & selfie had not been submitted in proper format…that process was confusing. Really appreciated the waster at property was VERY hot…nice touch. On our check out day, host offered Monday night at rate less than 1/3 what we paid for Sat & Sunday.

I apologize for any confusion regarding the layout of the house and the steep stairs; I’ll make sure to clarify this in our description for future guests. Noted on the ironing board and dish towels—these items will definitely be upgraded and replenished to improve the overall guest experience. I'm also looking into streamlining the check-in process and ensuring our communications, especially regarding Wi-Fi instructions, are clear and consistent. I appreciate you pointing these out.
