As of today, our lanai remains open and fully accessible, and you are welcome to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. You may hear minimal noise from other units that are currently undergoing lanai improvements, but we do our best to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.

At the same time, having no daily scheduled housekeeping services, we graciously ask that you help us in our endeavors to preserve our beautiful environment here in Hawaii.
We encourage the reuse of towels by hanging them to dry and limit waste of toiletry items.
Regardless, if you need to wash your swimwear and towels, please use the laundry area at the 8th floor. Paper rolls and any other toiletry items can be purchased at the convenience stores nearby
PENALTY & GUIDELINES: 1. Please be aware that it’s a non-smoking unit. If smoking occurs, the guest will be charged $500 for professional cleaning and deodorizing of walls, upholstery, drapes, and linens.
2. Hair dyeing is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Violation of this rule will result in a mandatory penalty replacement fee cost of $500 to cover any damages and or cleaning costs
3. Check-out is at 10AM. Any late check-out will be charged the equivalent of a 1 night stay.
4. We kindly request that you refrain from hanging towels or any other items from the lanai.

The unit was in good shape and exactly what i needed. I personally enjoy the location of this building so it was exactly what i expected. The Harbor Pub is my favorite haunt, and Chart House is a nice alternative. Location to ABC store is excellent.

Good stay
The location is perfect, in the middle of Waikiki and Ala Moana. The studio is large, with everything you need. Don't expect a welcome kit...nothing! Impossible to sleep, there are no blockout, daytime light and night lights, 24 hours illuminated at full! The air conditioning and the extractor in the bathroom that turns on with the light, are very noisy. By modifying that, the place is pleasant and in accordance with what is paid.

We're also glad to know that the size of the studio and the amenities provided met your needs during your stay.
That said, we truly appreciate your honest observations regarding areas for improvement. We're sorry to hear that the lighting and lack of blackout curtains affected your sleep. Guest comfort is very important to us, and your comments have been noted—we will look into options to improve the window coverings so future stays are more restful.
Additionally, we appreciate your feedback about the noise from both the air conditioning and the bathroom exhaust fan. These are built-in systems of the building that unfortunately we have limited control over, but we understand how this may have been disruptive and will continue exploring ways to mitigate this for a better guest experience.
Regarding the welcome kit, we aim to provide a basic starter supply for convenience, but we’re sorry if this wasn’t clear or if anything was missing upon arrival. We'll make sure to review our listing description to help set better expectations and improve communication moving forward.
