2. Walking distance to the sea, metro station and Marina Mall. There is less traffic in Dubai Marina than in JBR, where I lived last year. It's worth walking a little longer to the sea for this. 3. The apartment was well prepared to hotel standards - crisp white bed linen, bathroom amenities. In addition, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking. A member of the accommodation service met us at check-in, so there were no problems with keys or finding the apartment, which can happen when you check in on your own. 4. Carrefour supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, and there is a small grocery store across the road.
5. Taxis can conveniently drop you off at the entrance, so you don't have to worry about the underground car park. 6. It is a low 9-storey building, and the apartments are on the second floor. There is no panoramic view, but there are no problems with the lift. 7. There are no people in the pool until 10 a.m., which is very convenient.
