As owners of both of these properties, with an eye to retiring here in the next 5 years or so, we spend around 50 days a year living on site, making upgrades and constant improvements. Because we actually spend quality time in living these houses, they have all the niceties and amenities you would expect from a family home. It’s personal to us, and we continually strive to make these spaces amazing for our ourselves and our guests.

INTERIOR
Spanning over 3,000 square feet, the interior has a relaxed and open floor plan with 2-story soaring ceilings, a spacious great room, wall-to-wall French doors and lower/upper screened porches for enjoying the amazing lakefront setting and sunsets.
The Great Room is filled with beautiful furniture, decorations and artwork that provide an ambiance of tropical relaxation and belonging.
The chef’s kitchen is designed for entertaining with Bosch Professional Series appliances featuring a 6-burner stove, two raised bars/buffets, granite slab countertops, and a custom pounded copper farm sink with unobstructed lake views.

The laundry room features raised front loading GE washer and dryer with a separate sink.
We have installed a whole house water softener for improved water quality.

1. Private Master Suite
The ENTIRE upper floor is yours for luxurious living with an ultra-comfy king bed, private sunset balcony (with chairs and a table), California style walk-in closet, relaxing master bath with soaking tub, walk-in shower and double sink granite vanity. There is an additional private workspace in this room with a carefully chosen desk, chair and light.
2. Lake Room*
Queen bed overlooking the lake with direct access to downstairs patio.
3. Ski Room*
Two “day beds” that each easily convert to two King beds. Playful tropical colors with a water ski theme. Dedicated desk and chair. Walk in closet inside Jack and Jill bathroom.
*The Lake Room and Ski Room share a “Jack and Jill” bathroom with separate tub, walk in shower, and double sinks
4. Garden Room
Queen bed and walk in closet with private bathroom and shower (with handrails). Gaze at our beautiful hand painted wall mural featuring the famous “wedding gazebo” at Cypress Gardens.
Luggage racks closets and TVs in all rooms.
We have created a semi-private cozy workspace under the stairs with a desk, chair, and light.
EXTERIOR
The property is a tropical paradise with plenty of room for playing and relaxing.

Our Caribbean style entrance features a Red Door, the multicultural sign of welcome and warmth.
Our two docks are available for your pleasure. The main dock features a large covered bar area with plenty of seating. It’s a perfect place for entertaining or just hanging out while enjoying the breathtaking lake views in style. The main dock also features a large uncovered area for fun in the sun.
The jewel of the dock is our lakeside jacuzzi – relax amidst our signature ancient cypress trees that rise from the lake, just feet away. Marvel at magnificent views of nature at its best as you soak your cares away.
If a screened in spa is more your style, enjoy our jacuzzi and New Florida Pool just a few steps outside.
Our fun-sized pool is heated to 82-84 degrees for no additional cost from March-October. Additional fees will apply for heating (if possible) from November-February.
Get set for outdoor living where you can use our 36" Blackstone griddle and/or 4 burner propane powered grill. Get set to relax in our dockside Adirondack chairs or comfy 2 person swinging chair. Bring or rent a boat for cruising the Chain of Lakes. It’s a perfect place for a water ski or wakeboard session on the world’s most famous lake for the sport. If angling is your style, cast and reel on 18 connected lakes for a great fish story. We have a dedicated pontoon boat on site for rental. This is for guests only and is available for at a significantly discounted rate.
Nearly 1-acre of grounds are masterfully manicured with majestic cypress trees, flax, pineapple, a wide variety of palms, and much more.

Welcome to an oasis of refined relaxation. The Tommy Bahamas half poster King Bed is beautiful an oh so comfy. Stream your favorites with our Samsung Smart TV. The sliding glass door on the right opens to the screened pool and lake beyond. Perfectly positioned on your left is the walk-in closet, walk in shower, master bath with soaking tub, and 2 separate sinks with vanities.
2. Pool Room
Rest easy in our Tommy Bahamas queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The sliding glass door opens directly to the screened pool and lake beyond.
3. Queen Room
Queen bed with large walk-in closet and Samsung Smart TV. En-suite bathroom & shower (with additional Great room access).
4. Twin Room
Two twin beds for single sleepers or kids. The whole room sits inside our signature “Fish Bowl” stylings. The space features a dedicated closet and Samsung Smart TV. A sturdy desk with basic office supplies can be used as a workspace area.
“Pull-Out Sofa”: add up to 2 more guests with our pull-out sofa in the great room. Bathroom access in the hall way is just off the great room

EXTERIOR
The property is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. There’s plenty of room for playing and relaxing.
Get set for outdoor living with our screened lakeside area. A large portion including the dining set and bar area are protected and covered with the extension of the roof. Our behind the bar Blackstone Griddle has dedicated venting to cook up your favorites. A beverage refrigerator behind the bar is perfect for keeping your food and drinks chilled and ready for sharing.
Relax in sun or shade with our two reclining lounge chairs: or take a load off with our love seat under shade and overlooking all the action.
The pool is warmed by a Solar Heating System. Average Central Florida Pool Temperatures with this system are above 80 degrees from late February to late November. We have set the system to a max temperature of 86 degrees. The spa can be heated any time of year to 102 degrees with a gas heater at the push of a button.
Our two docks are available for your pleasure. The main dock features covered boat slip with bumpers and additional space for lakeside relaxation. Our second dock in the southside canal affords views to the wilds of Cypress Gardens.
