Here you may gather with friends and enjoy the company in the comfortable outdoor living area, thoughtfully designed for hanging out and enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails.

If you’re feeling competitive, start up a friendly yard game like corn hole, then take a cooling victory dip in the temperature controlled pool. Lounge by the pool and take in the lagoon’s turtles bathing in the sun alongside you and enjoy the quiet serenity Villa Laguna has to offer.

Fire up the BBQ and enjoy dining al fresco in the covered outdoor dining area with seating for 8. Whether you want to relax or play, the backyard has it all.

When you’ve made the most of the backyard, step inside and feel immediately at home in this gorgeous space. The gracious and welcoming living room boasts high ceilings, a comfortable sofa and chairs for the whole group, and a smart flat screen 65-inch high def. TV with unlimited streaming options.

You’ll find books sprinkled throughout and games in the rattan coffee table guaranteed to keep everyone entertained. The living room flows easily into the fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up delicious meals and gather around the dining room table for cherished moments with loved ones. We provide coffee, teas, spices, and oils to save you time and money.

Retreat to the master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom continuing the vibrant theme. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom delights with two twin beds. For larger parties, the sectional sofa folds out to a queen bed with a generous mattress. Every bedroom is adorned with dressers, luggage cadies and hangers so you can unpack and feel at home. Both bathrooms include an assortment of personal care products including a hair dryer. Quality bed linens and towels are provided, along with soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion to ensure you have everything you need but couldn’t pack.

The garage is equipped with a controlled temperature system to keep you comfy while you try your hand at Ping Pong. Generous seating allows space for the whole party to get in on the action while snacking at the bar area. In addition, beach amenities are provided for guests and include everything you’ll need to make a day at the beach fun: umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, mat, body boards, floats and toys.

After you’ve brushed off any sand from a day at the beach, the laundry room offers a full-sized washer and dryer, an ironing board and a drying rack for delicate items, along with detergent and softener for your convenience.

We want you to feel like family, so we made it a point to cater to your every need with modern conveniences including complimentary Wi-Fi, charging stations in every bedroom and living areas, and a coffee and tea bar for when you need a boost.

Guests will have access to the entire home to enjoy including the deck, backyard, pool area, BBQ area and Ping Pong entertainment area.

On the day of your arrival you will be provided with a unique access code that will unlock the front door at your 3:00 pm check-in time.

There is room in the closets, drawers and bathroom shelves for you to unpack and feel at home. 2 closets in the hallway are locked storage closets.

A digital guidebook will be available before check-in. A printed copy is also available at the home.

Amazing Location: Just a short 10-15 minute drive from both Downtown Historic Savannah and Tybee Island Beaches & Pier. Within a 5 min. drive is a Publix-Groceries, Walmart, sit down restaurants & fast food options, liquor store, gas station, urgent care- and just about anything you could need.

The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with fabulous neighbors and the gorgeous Whitemarsh Nature Preserve just a few minutes away.

The neighborhood is conveniently located off Islands Expressway. Turn left and it's a 10 min. drive straight shot to Historic Savannah and River Street District. Turn right and it's a 15 min. drive straight shot to Tybee Island Beaches and Pier.

Historic Savannah and River District, offer plenty of public parking garages and on street parking is free at certain times. Download the PARK SAVANNAH app to pay meter fees from anywhere.

While in the downtown Historic District, take advantage of the city's FREE ride share program that will take you anywhere within the area from 5pm to 5am daily.

Tybee Island is strict on parking. Download the PARK TYB app to pay for parking anywhere on the island and easily add time from the beach.

We are happy to provide beach goers amenities to enjoy. You will find in the garage: beach umbrella, chairs, cooler, wagon, mat, totes, floats and toys. Please check that they are all brought back, cleaned and placed back on the shelves in the garage. We are providing a hose on the right side of the house to clean any sand off, and rags on the garage shelf to dry them off before returning them to their place.

Please note, the home is situated on a body of water which means bugs and other pests naturally occur in this area. We have the home regularly treated for pests, but occasionally a pest may follow a guest inside. Repellant can help in the evenings.
