Lake Seminole Tree Tops Estate Yoga Retreat on Bainbridge, Georgia

Leave your worries at home, this peaceful, private and Historic estate sits on 16 acres of Forest, with an extended Shoreline and Dock on Lake Seminole. The original owners of this Homesite were The Hutchinson Family, relatives of Andrew Jackson, established in the 1820's. The Healthy Woodlands is home to Deer, Wild Turkeys, Bald Eagles, a variety of Birds and other Wild Animals. Fishing is plentiful. The Home boasts Floor to Ceiling windows with unobstructive views of Nature.
The space
This property is wonderful as a Yoga Retreat or a Get Back to Nature Weekend! Plenty of room in the living area to roll out yoga mats or on the deck outside underneath the Tree Tops. Also many walking paths have been cleared for walking around the property in the woods to enjoy all that nature offers.

After entering thru the Gate, you are taken down a winding tree lined driveway, that brings you to this private and secluded Getaway, nestled in the woods. The driveway has plenty of room to park numerous boats and additional cars for those attending Fishing Tournaments. The House has 3 levels with views of Lake Seminole and the Outdoors on all 3 floors. The main floor includes a Great Room, and a recently Renovated Dining Area and Kitchen. This wonderful space offers open serving with plenty of seating in the Dining and Living areas for Memorable Family Gatherings. The views from the Great Room are truly majestic, you see nature all around and feel like in the Tree Tops. The Kitchen has new appliances, cabinets, granite counter tops and is fully stocked with all you need for making and serving Family Meals. A few steps up to the 2nd floor, where there is a large Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed and a Full Size Day Bed. A large Bath with Double Sinks, Closets, and Shower Tub Combo. An additional room which has a Couch with a Pullout Bed. Also on this floor is the washer and dryer. A full flight of stairs brings you up to the 3rd floor where the views are expansive. The Viewing Room has a space to watch nature, and table and chairs for playing cards and games. This table can also be used as a work space for the Digital Nomads. Wi-Fi is located throughout the house. A bonus in the Viewing Room is a Keurig Machine for Early Morning or Mid Afternoon Coffee. Additionally on this floor is another Master Bedroom with a Queen Size Bed and Attached Bath with Double Sinks and separate Shower and Tub. The last Bedroom has a Full Size Bed and an attached Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo. Outdoors there is a 1,000 square foot large deck and patio facing the lake with plenty of chairs for viewing and a picnic table for dining. BBQ Grill. Hanging out on the deck you will be impressed with Vistas and "YES" we have a Beautiful Leaf Changing Season. We just added a Propane Fire Pit for lazy afternoon early evening conversations. An adventurous walk down to the Spacious Boat Dock, which teams with Water Fowl, Majestic Views and Alligators. Spend the day fishing off the Dock or watching the activity on the Lake. For the explorers, bring your kayaks and canoes which can be easily launched from the dock or shoreline.

There are a total of 3 TV sets, a 65" in the Living Room and 2 42" on each of the other floors. All are Smart Internet TV's with Roku.

Throughout the house, you will see lots of artwork and unique pieces. Most of the paintings are originals, done by Famous Artists from Bali, Indonesia. Most of the Carved Furniture and wood pieces were handmade also in Bali, Indonesia.

This house is a Great Getaway Estate to enjoy nature, friends and family with lots of Modern Amenities. Whether you stay inside and watch nature or you take a hike around the property there is lots to explore and enjoy!
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property. The dock is accessible by walking to it, will provide directions(the hill is steep).
Other things to note
One of the Best Things about this property is it's location, IT IS A TRUE GETAWAY!! Once you get to the Tree Tops Estate, you will not want to leave and that is a good thing, because the closest Walmart for Food Shopping is 25 minutes away. Please keep that in mind while planning your stay.

Items we will provide to make your stay enjoyable:
* Full Kitchen with pots, plans, dishes, glasses, cups, serving bowls, baking pans, 2 Keurigs, 2 toasters, microwave, air fryer, hand mixer and a variety of utensils for meal preparing
* Pantry essentials: salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, seasonings, sugar, ketchup, mustard and mayo packets, an assortment of K-cups
* Gas Grill with propane on the patio/deck.
* Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash in all Showers
* Laundry soap and Dryer sheets
* Dishwasher and Dish soap

Other things to keep in mind:
* Wi-Fi throughout the house, it is easy to bring your laptop and plug in.
* No Hunting allowed
* Fishing available on the dock
* Kayaks and Canoes can be launched off the shoreline
* Bring your own Kayaks and Canoes or rent at the local marina
* Trail cameras are located throughout the property
* No motorized vehicles are allowed off the driveway
* There are no Street lights, it is best to check in before dark. Our property will have a lighted address sign to easily recognize
