This booking includes a private space with a private entrance, accommodating up to 4 guests.

➤ Any additional guests must be disclosed in advance and will incur an additional fee.

The unit includes 1 designated parking space.

➤ A second vehicle requires prior approval.

Late check-out of up to 1 hour is allowed at no extra cost.

➤ Staying 2 hours or more past check-out time will incur a $70 fee.

➤ Any stay that exceeds this grace period will be charged an additional full night.
