This waterfront condo is conveniently located near all of area's fun things to do and secluded enough to retreat for some quiet time at the end of the day. We are walking distance to Noah's Ark.
Step inside this condo and you are immediately greeted by an awesome view of our beautiful Lake Delton. A twelve-foot wide and eight foot high “wall of windows” shows off the scenic northeast shore of Lake Delton. Imagine waking up to greet the sunrise with a hot cup of coffee right from the living room.
Perfectly situated waterfront and near one of the two beaches, this condo is easily accessed with a private entrance (no lobby and no stairs) from the parking lot. The indoor and outdoor pools are just a 2-minute walk. In the summer, you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. Noah's Ark waterpark is an 8 minute (.4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Delton Grand is a quiet mixed-use neighborhood in the heart of the Wisconsin Dells. It consists of full-time residents, weekenders, and rental units. DELTON GRAND GUEST RENTAL RULES Delton Grand is a premier condo association located on Lake Delton and is comprised of privately owned condos. Delton Grand allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families, long term tenants as well as fellow-guests. Excessive noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal laws may result in Guest/Guests, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by rental Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager. Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners Association Rules: ● Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest. Only the guests staying in a unit may use the amenities such as the beach, pools, and patios. ● Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to the size of the condo. Occupancy limits are listed in each of the unit listings and guests are encouraged to look at each unit occupancy limit to ensure the unit can accommodate their party/family. Guests exceeding the capacity limit of the unit will be asked to leave. Refer to rental management rules for possible violation fees. ● Parking. Parking passes will be given for each unit rented. 1 Vehicle allowed for 1-bedroom units. 2 vehicles allowed for 2 or 3 bedroom units. Penthouse units 313 and 314 have assigned underground parking for 4 tandem parking spaces. 100 and 200 unit condos have 2 car garage that maybe available for guest use. No parking permitted for boats, trailers, RVs or any other recreational vehicles on property parking lots. Street parking is available and guests must adhere to local ordinance for street INTERNAL USE parking. Vehicles may be towed if they are not adhering to these rules. Parking passes must be clearly visible inside the vehicle to avoid towing.
● Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS permitted on the property for all guests. ● Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and mindful of other guests staying overnight. ● Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in the pool. No running or diving is allowed. Swim diapers are required for the little ones. ● Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony. ● Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings. ● Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities. ● Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. ● Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife INTERNAL USE ● Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot (parking garage for 300 building). Do not put large trash in common area trash cans such as the one by the grills. ● Docks. Children under the age of 18 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep the docks clear of tripping hazards at all times. ● Boat Slips. Slips are leased to individual condo owners only. Guests can use the dock for pick-up and drop-off ONLY. NO docking boats to pier and NO boats can be left overnight. Association may fine guests $250 a night for violation of overnight parking.

The unit is spacious and clean, just as advertised and the hosts are very responsive. We also appreciate the recycling service on site.The view from the unit is wonderful and the property is a short drive to very nice state parks.

Perfect Stay
Every element of this property was as good or better than described and a great value as well. It was lovely, super clean and offered a great lakeside viewOf the many VRBO rentals we've stay at over the years, Chris was the most accessable of managers...he answered his phone immediately on two separateo occasions.One final comment: We found no evidence of the many complaints left by a previous guest...and no, we are not related to Chris!

We booked this unit because it said fireplace, there was a fireplace but just to hang the tv above, no heat, no “fake flame”, no blower. Soooo disappointed. The unit has a good view of the lake and no stairs the only 2 positives. Also needs repairs to walls, floor trim etc, noticeable holes in the walls and the bathroom trim is broken/missing. Definite upgrade needed

For future guests: The fireplace is exactly as shown and described in this listing. It is an electric fireplace. Please know that this guest was upset with our cancellation policy and that this bad review was really because of that and had nothing to do with the actual property. We do not have holes in the walls and so forth.
