Located on a quiet street in Central Gardens, yet minutes to all the action in Cooper Young and Overton Square, and only a 10-minute drive to downtown Beale Street! Unwind in the spacious backyard sitting by the firepit or watching TV at the outdoor bar or head into town to experience the restaurants and nightlife!

MAIN FLOOR:
The main floor includes a spacious living area with a 65" smart TV for all of your streaming apps. There are two couches if you want to enjoy a movie or you can have a snack at the bistro table for two, with a view of the TV. From the living area, walk into the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats six guests. The island also has stools to seat two. There is a complimentary coffee station with your coffee necessities and hot chocolate for the kids!

On the main floor you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfy king bed & a desk which provides a quiet workspace. It also has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a large shower with two shower heads, one of which is a rain showerhead. The second bedroom also has a comfy king bed and there is a full bathroom with a shower located right outside of that bedroom. All of the bedrooms have smart TVS, memory foam mattresses, and full-length mirrors for getting ready! Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer stocked with laundry necessities.

SECOND FLOOR:

The game room is immediately upstairs on the left, featuring a 65" smart TV, and a pool table that converts into a ping pong table. There are also boardgames, card games, and toys and books for kids.

When you walk down the hall, you will see another full bathroom with a shower on the left. At the end of hall there are two bedrooms. The one to the left is equipped with a king size bed and the final bedroom across the way is equipped with two double beds that also have trundle beds that you can pull out from underneath. That final bedroom sleeps 6 people total. Both of these bedrooms have 50" smart TVs, as well as full length mirrors.

Inside the closet in the upstairs hallway, you will find a highchair, pack and play, and baby bathtubs for the comfort of your children.

Outside, you can enjoy a relaxing night on the patio or play some Cornhole or Connect Four. There is a dining table that seats six guests, an outdoor couch, a firepit, and eight chairs. There is also an outdoor bar with a smart TV where you can catch the game, bring your favorite drinks, and use the Stainless Steel 4-Burner Gas Grill to BBQ!

Smoking / vaping is prohibited inside. If you do smoke outside, please pick up all remnants. There will be a $250 fine for smoking inside the house.

No pets allowed - There will be a $250 fee for unapproved pets.

No parties allowed - There will be a $500 fee for a party. The maximum amount of people allowed is the amount listed at the time that you book. A maximum of 10 guests are allowed at the time of booking. There will be a $500 fee if there are any parties or more than 10 guests at the property without prior approval.

Please note that the pizza oven is for aesthetic purposes only and is not useable.

This property includes security features such as Ring floodlight cameras, Schlage smart locks for self-check-in, and an alarm system for your safety and peace of mind. Please note that there is a Ring Camera above the front door overlooking the front porch and there is another ring camera on the front of the home overlooking the front yard and street. There is also a Ring Camera on the side of the home overlooking the driveway. These Ring Cameras will be on during your stay.
