Mahalo for the detailed feedback. I’m sorry this was your worst stay at The Shores and that the condo fell short of expectations. The worn seating, loose headboard, lack of patio-door privacy, freezer access, toaster, broken built-in microwave, limited cookware and counter space, missing tissues, and uncomfortable pillows all deserve attention. I’ve shared your notes with our operations team so these items can be reviewed and addressed. We appreciate you taking the time to provide specific suggestions.

We truly appreciate your suggestion about having an outdoor area to rinse off diving and snorkeling gear. Since this is a resort condo and the unit is located on the second floor, unfortunately, we're unable to add a rinse-off station directly at the unit. That said, we’ll be sure to pass your feedback along to the resort team, as they’re always looking for ways to enhance the guest experience. We hope to welcome you back again in the future!
