Welcome to our cute and cozy beach condo nestled in the heart of Madeira Beach. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, our spacious 1 bedroom space, offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. *Our community was hit by both hurricanes in 2024. Our unit was not affected but the first floor units were. They are currently under construction whether that be demo or remodeling. Restaurants and business are reopened and more are reopening as time passes. The park near our condo, Winn Dixie, and many restaurants in the area are fully open. Please keep this in mind when booking our condo.

- There is a gate right outside of the stair entrance to the condo.

You will also have guest access to the entire Madeira Beach Yacht Club which includes: swimming pool, a fitness room, billiards room, sauna, fishing docks and more. This waterfront community is the perfect beach getaway location.

Your Entertainment

- This is a 1 bed/1bath condo located on the 2nd floor overlooking the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
- Enjoy free entertainment with local softball and baseball games just across the street from the outdoor patio.
- Right across the street, enjoy tennis courts, a basketball court, docks, and much more family friendly activities.
- We have tennis rackets with balls, pickle ball paddles, a basketball, a football, and a volleyball for some fun exercise.

• All glassware, utensils, and necessities are available for use.

Living Room

• The living room is very spacious, cute, and cozy.

Bedroom

• The bedroom has a king bed with 2 night stands and a dresser.
• A smart tv with cable is there for your entertainment.

The Condo Is Ready

• Beach towels, beach chairs, and beach wagon are available in the bedroom closet.
• We have initial items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc.
• The condo has all of the necessary supplies to get your trip started.

Condo Rules

• 6 night, 7 day minimum
• You must provide information for all of the guests staying in the condo.
• Madeira Beach Yacht Club Registration must be completed a minimum of 10 days before arrival date (the form will be sent to you by me).
• Parking permits must be picked up at the office Monday-Friday (9 a.m. - 1 p.m.)

- No sub-leasing. Only direct booking. No rental arbitrage.

- No pets are allowed at this location.
- No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony - $250 fee will be assessed if caught.
