This cozy 2-bedroom apartment is part of a one-level multifamily home, located in the back—often called a “mother-in-law suite.” It has a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and access to a backyard for guests to enjoy. A simple, comfortable space for a relaxed stay!

Guests have full access to the 2-bedroom apartment and the backyard. Feel free to relax and make yourself at home!

We want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, so we kindly ask for your help in taking care of everything we provide and following these simple guidelines:

No makeup or stains on the white towels – A $15 fee per towel will apply if stained, so let’s keep them fresh!

Remove sand before coming inside – To keep the space clean and cozy, please shake off the sand before entering. Excess sand may result in a penalty.

Lost keys – If the keys go missing, there's a $150 replacement fee. Please remember to leave them in the lockbox when you head out!

Extra guests – After two people, there’s a $10 per night fee for each additional guest (up to 4 total). If this rule isn’t followed, we may have to cancel your reservation with no refund.

Air conditioning – Help us save energy by keeping the doors closed while the A/C is on. Also, please turn off lights, close windows, and switch off the A/C when you leave.

Late check-out fees – Unplanned late check-outs affect future guests and bookings, so if you stay beyond your scheduled time, there will be an extra night charge at the current rate.
