Inside, you’ll find two spacious living rooms with large, plush couches and big-screen smart TVs, as well as a game room featuring arcade games, a game console, and a foosball table for added enjoyment.

Whether you`re soaking in the hot tub or enjoying the peaceful views, this home offers everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled stay.

Bedroom 1 (Master Suite)
The luxurious master bedroom features a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a soaker tub and shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. Step out onto the covered balcony to enjoy beautiful views, or make use of the convenient workspace. A large smart TV completes this serene retreat.

Bedroom 2
This cozy bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a closet for storage, and a smart TV for your entertainment needs.

Bedroom 3
Similar to Bedroom 2, this room also includes a queen-size bed, a closet, and a smart TV for added convenience and comfort.

Bedroom 4
This inviting bedroom features a queen-size bed and a smart TV, creating a cozy space to relax.

Game Room
The game room doubles as a fun hangout and additional sleeping area. It includes two twin bunk beds, a couch, a large smart TV with an Xbox, a foosball table, and two arcade games.

Bathrooms
Upstairs, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4. Downstairs, a half bath adds extra convenience for guests.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.

Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.

Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.

Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed in or on the property. Any evidence found will incur an automatic $500 charge, plus additional monies for damages.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.

Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.

Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage found at departure will incur additional charges.

Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.

BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.

Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.

Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.

Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.

Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for `drain and fill.`

Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.

Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.

Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues.
