•ID at Check-In: Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID for verification.

•Security Hold: A $500 pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card to cover any incidental charges. This is just a hold and will be released after your stay if everything checks out.

🚗Parking Guidelines:

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, guests and visitors may only park in the home’s garage or driveway, as required by community bylaws. Parking on the street, sidewalks, or any paved areas outside the designated spots is strictly prohibited.



🐾 Pet Policy (when applicable):

We love welcoming furry friends! Well-behaved dogs up to 30 lbs are allowed, with a limit of two dogs per home. The pet fee is $40 per night, per dog. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet so we can approve your request.

~A few important guidelines:

•Dogs must be on a leash when outside or in unfenced areas.

•Pets should never be left unattended in the home.

•Unauthorized pets will incur a $75 daily fee.

•Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Certified service animals are always welcome and exempt from these fees and restrictions.
