Welcome to Phoenix V 614! This charming, one-bedroom condo has incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sandy white beaches of Alabama. Relax after a day on the beach in the comfortable living room with flat-screen TV. Drink your morning coffee on the private balcony and listen to the peaceful waves below. The inside dining area comfortably seats four or enjoy the balcony high-top table that seats four also. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a seafood masterpiece. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The peaceful main bedroom features a king bed with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The full bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Come make beach memories at Phoenix V 614!

Welcome to Phoenix V! You will love the onsite amenities including an outdoor pool, indoor pool, pirate ship themed slash pad for the kiddos, hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, tennis court, racquetball court, and basketball court! Phoenix V does require parking passes. The complex charges $55/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. When you arrive, stop at the security guard and they will direct you to the front desk to purchase parking passes. Max of two vehicles allowed.

No parking of trailers, watercraft or RV's onsite.

You must be at least 25 to rent at Phoenix V.

Phoenix V is located in the heart of Orange Beach, very close to Perdido Pass. A short drive to many favorite restaurants including Louisiana Lagniappe, Fresh Off the Boat, and The Gulf. Across the street to Zeke's Marina and Restaurant or Sweet Cones. Plenty of adventure awaits as well with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, biking, Waterville USA, mini golf, and much more. Head east towards the famous Flora-Bama Bar and Grill, a short 5 minute drive.

We love this building for all the amenities they have. The unit was clean and well equipped including the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. The view of the gulf is amazing and beautiful. The check in & out process was simple. Would definitely recommend and we plan to stay again.

I have two notes, but we had great time. Upgrade the television. The tv is old and outdated, get an HD smart TV. Also the toilet is old and bad. You need to upgrade the toilet.

Five Days in the Sun

No surprises on this trip. Condo was clean. It had a great bed. The view was spectacular.

Great location!! BUT... The keypad on the door took several attempts to get in.(each day) After contacting someone they said it's a building issue not the owners issue. Still never got fixed. They supplied 3 ounces of dish soap, 1 roll of Tp, 1 laundry pod 1 roll of paper towel , and 1 dishwasher tab for an entire week stay which is NOT ENOUGH. Thankfully I complained and a gal brought Some. The place looks amazing in the pictures, but it needs updating, dirty couches,paint chips, dirty light fixtures, dust on most surfaces, the kitchen table and chairs are junk, and wobbly. Not comfy ....I recleaned the place upon arrival, sand was everywhere. The bed was squeaky and creaky, only 1 side of the toaster worked, they brought a new one. Dirty dishes in cupboard, food caked on. I shouldn't have to wash every dish to make sure nobody got bacteria or sick. Cupboards had no organization stuff was just everywhere. For the amount we paid, I feel things could have been better. The indoor pool had such strong chlorine smell I couldn't go in, I'm on oxygen, I literally couldn't breathe. More ventilation or keep a door open. They had fans but it didn't help. The elevators were great, the beach was amazing. We've been to several VRBO, I would give this place an overall 5/10. The pictures were deceiving. The pictures made it seem AMAZING, but that wasn't our experience.

Beautiful property and views

The stay overall was amazing. Property was clean unit was exactly like pictures. Only negative thing I would say at no fault to the host is the elevator situation at the resort was horrible. We talked to other owners while there and it’s been an issue for over a year. 4 elevators and at times only one worked. But if you are patient the room is worth a little headache.
