The house feels totally private, sitting back 100 yards from the road. The backyard is fully fenced in with a deer fence, so pets can roam freely but safely. In the summer, you are welcome to take advantage of our herb and vegetable garden.

The house is located on 2.75 acres, a 13-minute drive from the vibrant shopping of downtown Cold Spring, NY as well as the Cold Spring train station, which can take you to Manhattan in 85 minutes. The area is surrounded by lakes and hiking trails, including the Appalachian Trail.

The house has one king bedroom (with private bathroom including wet stauna/steam shower), one queen bedroom, and two full/double bedrooms. There is also a small upstairs bedroom/office that can accommodate a floor mattress (available if needed). The finished basement/game room also has a new, comfortable queen-sized pull-out couch.

There is a fully stocked kitchen with new induction range and oven and Bosch dishwasher. It has a slow cooker, pressure cooker, rice cooker, toaster, and air fryer.

The house also has a fireplace, a gas grill, an outdoor playset with climbing wall, a 100-inch projector home theater, a foosball table, a piano, a fire pit, an exercise barre and a playroom full of toys and board games. WiFi is available throughout the home.

Note that this is a primary residence, so while clean and tidy, there will be personal items around, too.
