The space
Our large, modern home conveniently located midway between Tucson and Phoenix is the perfect oasis for your desert vacation. With accommodations for 10 guests, multiple living areas, kids amenities, and a spectacular resort-like rear yard with a heated pool, as well as dining and lounge areas, you’ll love every minute of your stay here.

As you enter the grand two-story formal living room, you’ll be dazzled by the streaming sunlight, the modern coordinating furnishings, and the art-deco-style decor.

Have a seat on the leather sofa with brightly colored throw pillows and enjoy coffee, conversation, and perhaps a charcuterie board with your closest friends and family. The tall ceilings lend a light, breezy feel to the area, making it a favorite of all our guests.

LIVING SPACES:

As you enter the grand two-story formal living room, you’ll be dazzled by the streaming sunlight, the modern coordinating furnishings, and the art-deco-style decor.

A separate intimate seating area for two is tucked into the corner, perfect for a quiet conversation or perhaps even some alone time as you catch up on your social media or read a few pages in your novel.

The lively den sits just off the kitchen and features a massive sectional sofa, perfectly situated in front of a Smart TV. Curl up with a big bowl of popcorn to binge-watch your latest favorite series or take in a movie.

Looking for something a little more low-tech and interactive? Choose from our generous selection of board games and challenge everyone to a tournament!

Whether you are here on business or just have a few emails that you need to finish up, the upstairs loft has a full office set up! Take a seat at the dedicated office desk, turn on the bright desk lamp, plug in your laptop to the monitor & use the full keyboard & mouse to finish some work with ease!

In addition, you’ll also find a sofa tucked into a nook, perfect for cuddling up with a book, journal, or your phone and enjoying some quiet time. A small table and 2 chairs are a lovely spot for coffee and conversation or perhaps a game.

If you need to throw a load of clothes or towels in the wash, a separate laundry room with a washer & dryer are available in the hallway between the garage & living area.

A fully-equipped kitchen will tempt even the most reluctant chef! Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, and generous counter and cabinet space, you’ll be creating the family’s favorite dishes in no time!

OUTDOOR AMENITIES:

Ahhh…and now the piece de resistance! Step into the rear yard and right into your own private resort!

Our private pool is a perennial favorite. Complemented by desert plants, greenery, and a gorgeous waterfall feature, you’ll love nothing more than whiling away the hours in the cool, refreshing water on a warm and sunny day. And simply to add to the luxury experience, we also provide your pool towels.

Ready to soak up the Vitamin D? We offer several cozy lounge chairs to stretch out and maybe even take a nap.

Let the family grill master show off his or her skills and then enjoy the fruits of their labor at our al fresco dining table. It’s also a delightful spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee as the sun rises.

Evenings can turn cool in the desert. But you’ll enjoy them in grand style in front of the fire pit, as you lounge in cozy chairs, while sipping on a glass of your favorite beverage. Don’t be surprised if the kids insist on s’mores!

We offer two parking spots in the driveway for guests.

First 3 bedrooms are located upstairs on the second floor.

Enter a luxurious sanctuary in the primary bedroom, offering a sumptuous king-size bed dressed in premium linens. You'll feel like you're drifting off to sleep on a pillow of clouds! If you simply can't miss your favorite late-night talk show, you'll love the wall-mounted TV. Prefer a few pages of your book before retiring? The nightstands with drawers and lamps are perfect for you. Don't forget to charge your phone with the bedside charger.

In the morning, bring in your coffee to relax in your private seating area for two with the sun shining in through the oversized windows before you start the day.

The spacious en-suite bath offers a decadent soaking tub. Simply add in a bath bomb when you return home after a day of hiking or shopping for an instant spa experience! You'll also enjoy the dual vanities, convenient walk-in shower & walk-in closet for ample storage.

The second master/guest room has a delightful king bed with high quality linens & pillows to guarantee a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the area. The walk-in closet provides plenty of storage & a bench seat makes for the ideal place to throw on your hiking shoes.

The third private guestroom features a cozy queen bed, luxury linens & pillows, & a large walk-in closet. When you retire to your room in the evening 2 bedside tables with lamps are available if you need to wrap up some work or would like to read a few pages.

The final guestroom downstairs is perfect for the kids with 2 twin sized beds & a closet. If you are traveling with little ones, 2 pack & plays are available as well. Make sure to let us know if you will need them & we will have them set up & ready for you upon arrival!

Two additional bathrooms are available throughout the home. After a hot shower in one of the shower/tub combos with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, & body wash, wrap up in a plush towel. All towels are hotel-quality with dedicated makeup remover hand towels.

One bath is located upstairs to share for the second and third bedrooms, and the other is on the first floor right next to the kids' room and close to the backyard.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole home & yard outside of an owner’s closet. The home can be accessed via a keyless entry lock & a code will be sent to you prior to arrival.
