Otranto holiday home with three bedrooms and only a two minute walk to the beach

Spacious, ground floor holiday home in Otranto with WIFI..... three bedrooms,shower room, bathroom ,kitchen/lounge/dining area,laundry room and external storage room. Entering the apartment from the large courtyard you will feel the generous and comfortable space of the apartment... located on the left hand side of the hallway are the roomy main bedroom,second bedroom and shower room. Leading off the hallway are the kitchen/lounge/dining area walking through this room there is a door leading off to the third bedroom with private bathroom off . The large courtyard has table/seating area less than a ten minute walk to the centre of Otranto where you will find restaurants,bars,cafes in the Historic Centre. We are only 20 metres from a rocky suntrap where you can swim and a two minute walk to the beach.
Ideally located in Otranto as we are so near to Otranto beachfront you can stroll down for a morning swim and enjoy a cappucino at Il Moresco bar overlooking the stunning Adriatic sea and Otranto beach!
A car parking space is available in the private cul-de-sac area .
We do catch a narrow view of Otranto port from the main bedroom and kitchen windows which is an added bonus in Otranto the property is located one building back from the seafront.
If you do arrive late at the property ( after 21.30) there is a €40 charge.

En pärla i Otranto!Vår familj på fem hade den stora förmånen att bo på ett helt fantastiskt lägenhet under vår en vecka och vi kan inte nog understryka hur nöjda vi var!Boendet överträffade verkligen alla våra förväntningar. Läget var oslagbart med en otrolig närhet till både havet och gamla staden, vilket passade oss perfekt.Att kunna ta ett morgondopp eller strosa runt bland de historiska gränderna på bara några minuter var en lyx vi verkligen uppskattade.Faciliteterna var utmärkta och bidrog till att göra vår vistelse bekväm och avkopplande. Ett särskilt plus var terrassen där vi tillbringade många härliga stunder med att njuta av det italienska klimatet.Kontakten med vår värd var enastående från start till slut. Vi rekommenderar detta boende varmt till alla som söker en oförglömlig semester i Otranto!Vi ser redan fram emot nästa sommar och hoppas på att få återvända!Familjen Johannesson

Audrey and Davide were awesome!!!! Every day for 10 days was a great adventure in and around this beautiful province of Puglia. Otranto was the best base by far. People were friendly, hospitable and charming. Audrey gave great recommendations and couldn’t have been more helpful….

Best Summer Vacation in Italy!

My overall impression and experience with this property was 5 stars and that’s only because I am not able to give it more stars through this rating system! 😊 I echo every positive review left by previous guests. The property is gorgeous and exactly as described by the owners; clean, safe, spacious and in a very good and very convenient location with private parking and only about an hour away by car from Brindisi Airport. We are a family of six; 2 adult children and two small children, everyone in our family enjoyed comfortably all amenities this property has to offer. The city of Otranto is fascinating with many great shops, restaurants and cafes, we ate very well both at home and out. The beaches in Otranto are beautiful and very clean. Otranto really has a lot to offer and so much to enjoy. Everything is within walking distance to this property, even a well supplied supermarket. We didn’t need a car to get around In Otranto, we only used our car to travel to and from the airport in Brindisi and to visit nearby cities like Lecce, polignano a mare and Ostuni. Lastly but not least, Audrey and Davide are really outstanding, super generous and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their property to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable vacation in Otranto. We will not hesitate to book this property again on any future trips to the area.

La casa è in posizione strategica a due passi da un mare cristallino ove poter fare innumerevoli tuffi e a due minuti a piedi dal centro di Otranto. Posizionata in un interno silenzioso e comodo al parcheggio è la soluzione ottimale e consigliata per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza in famiglia. Le camere sono ampie e dotate di ogni comfort, unico rilievo l'impossibilità di utilizzare entrambe le docce per la scarsa pressione dell'acqua nel periodo agostano. Ringraziamo la proprietà per la disponibilità e la cortesia manifestate.

Amazing location in Otranto

We LOVED our 12 night stay at this beautiful home. It is close to the sea and restaurants. Audrey and Davide were so helpful. We can't wait to return back to Otranto and hope this home is available again for us. The patio was a great addition to the home to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook at home. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone wanting an Italian vacation.

Lovely family apartment

This apartment was very clean, well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood. The location is in walking distance to beach, shops and many restaurants. With a private parking and comfy beds. We'd love to come back!

Nice and clean property, well located; nice size bedrooms and bathrooms; the dining/kitchen area is very simple, without much view, but we had a good time and would definitely recommend the property.

Fantastic property

Everything thing is as described. Ten minutes to The Old Town walking alongside the beaches and turquoise/blue sea. Audrey was very helpful and the apartment actually had cleaning products, herbs and spices, olive oil etc. Most places seem to come with the cupboards totally bare so this made a pleasant change. I'm sure we'll be back in the future.

Nice, large apartment, short way to city center and for purchasing. About 50m to the sea (rocks) and a few steps more to the city beach. Good equipment but not very high quality (kitchen/bed). price/performance > good/ok

Wir (5-köpfige Familie) haben den Aufenthalt in Audreys Appartement sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gross und sehr gut eingerichtet. Es fehlt einem an nichts! Die Fotos auf der Website entsprechen dem, war wir vorgefunden haben. Audrey ist zudem sehr hilfsbereit, nett und zuverlässig. Alles hat tiptop funktioniert und sie hat sogar organisiert, dass wir mit dem Taxi am Flughafen abgeholt wurden. Gerne wieder!

Excellent location, spacious, clean, lovely place

We spent 10 days in the apartment and we had a great time in Otranto! The apartment is located next to the rocky beach where is access to the sea and where you can find also a challenging high rock where our boys loved to jump into the water. The water is clean and full of interesting marine life. Short walking distance is sandy beach with shallow water. The beautiful historical town Otranto is full of restaurants, cafeteterias, gelaterias etc. The apartment is very spacious, clean, nicely decorated and in fact it looks even better than on the pictures! Finally, we would like to thank Audrey, she was a wonderful and caring host and we have enjoyed every moment of our stay there!

Ideal!

We rented Audrey and Davide's apartment for 2 weeks during the high season in August and despite it being the peak tourist season we found the apartment and location to be ideal for our summer vacation. We could walk barefoot from the apartment to the rocky seafront at 8am and throw ourselves into cristal clear water for a morning swim along the beautiful coast! 5min away there was access to a sandy beach and beautiul shallow lagoon which was perfect for our 15 months old daughter to swim/enjoy herself in. She even learned how to walk there. The apartement was relatively cool despite hot temperatures and every room was equipped with a fan. 5min walking distance away there is a great little bar with a beautiful view and the old town in which we loved to enjoy morning coffees and fresh croissants. They also served delicious local sandwiches and drinks. The neighbourhood is quiet, there is a perfect parking spot just in front and we even made friends with some of the lovely neighbours. The apartment is clean and pleasant! We hope to be able to come again!

Gräumiges Apartement in der Nähe zu Meer und Stadt

Das Appartment ist geräumig, sauber und ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. In wenigen Schritten hat man das Meer erreicht, und bald auch den Strand. Mit Kindern kann man das flache Wasser genießen, auch Schwimmer kommen auf ihre Kosten. Mit großer Hilfsbereitschaft stand die Vermieterin bereit, um Rat zu geben. Otranto ist eine wunderschöne Stadt mit viel Ambiente und vielfältigen Gelegenheiten zu kulinarischen Genüssen. Wir können das Apartment wärmstens empfehlen!

Lovely apartment - ideal holiday for young family

The apartment is very clean, well maintained and equipped. Audrey was very helpful in getting us settled and orientated, and was nearby if needed. Location is excellent - there is a nice beach less than five minutes walk away, and the old town + wonderful beaches are about a five minute walk along the front. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, with two decent supermarkets nearby. The apartment is very well suited for young families. It is on the ground floor and there are no steps, so ideal if you have a buggy. Audrey provided a really good quality travel cot and high chair - our four month old slept better than he does at home. Only other points to note is that one of the bedrooms is at the other side of the apartment to the main two bedrooms, so you will not hear any waking baby in the night (could be a good thing) unless you have a baby monitor. And the floors are hard tile throughout so you may need to take that into account with crawlers / toddlers. The nearby beaches are ideal for kids - lovely sand and shallow warm water.

Very clean, spacious and well situated.

Very friendly, helpful and English speaking owner. Apartment well equipped and located in a quiet part of town with good access to the beaches and sea views from the master bedroom. We had a very enjoyable stay here and hope to return sometime. I would highly recommend.

Excellent property in a fantastic location

We spent a week in this property in July which was our first visit to Otranto. I would have no hesitation in recommending both the area and this accommodation to anyone. The property was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, within a 10 minute walk from the town centre and approximately 100 metres from a rocky shore where we jumped into the sea most evenings. Audrey was most helpful in organising our stay and making the experience a pleasant one.

Excellent property and very convenient

Very nice appartment for us (4 adults and 2 children 10 & 12 years old). Short walk to Beach, coffee-bars, old city and restaurants. We do not hesitate to return to Otranto and this appartement. Tiny and beautiful city, and excellent location to explore sorrounding areas in Italy's "heel". Audrey; thanks for wonderful stay for my Family.
