Esta cómoda casa de playa está ubicada a 4 cuadras de la playa y el paseo marítimo ya 3 cuadras de Mission Bay. Lo suficientemente cerca como para llegar a donde quieres ir rápida y fácilmente, pero lo suficientemente lejos del ruido y las multitudes. Dé un paseo corto para surfear, trotar, caminar o simplemente pasar el rato en la arena. En su alquiler se incluyen 3 bicicletas de crucero de playa y 2 tablas de surf para disfrutar con amigos y familiares. Haga todas estas cosas sin tener que subir a su automóvil. Invita a tus amigos a un estacionamiento en la calle para comprar un segundo automóvil.

Nuestro patio trasero cercado privado tiene una ducha exterior, un porche de barbacoa con fregadero, mesa de patio con sombrilla con capacidad para 6 personas, un calentador de torre de propano para noches de luna al aire libre.

En el interior tenemos pisos de madera con alfombra en las habitaciones, aire acondicionado centralizado con aire acondicionado y calefacción.
Una espaciosa sala familiar con sofás reclinables de cuero italiano personalizados para ver el televisor de pantalla plana de 55 'con DVD, sonido envolvente y Direct TV. Dos habitaciones tienen TV también.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con una ventana al área de barbacoa al aire libre para preparar comida rápida y fácilmente.

Hay innumerables restaurantes, tiendas y lugares para ir a poca distancia a pie. Belmont Park está a solo un corto paseo en bicicleta por el paseo marítimo para disfrutar de los paseos o los bares y tiendas de la playa. Sea World está a pocos kilómetros de distancia.

Pacific Beach es un gran lugar para alojarse durante su escapada soleada a la playa.

This place is the best!

Exactly what you would hope for in a beach community home! Walking distance to the beach, very clean and charming, and it even comes with an outdoor shower and bicycles. The host is very sweet and responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing stay with a small group or family.

Awesome place/Close to Pacific Beach and Mission Bay

This place is so great!!! Our family loved it! We stayed for a week and It was the perfect place for 4 kids (ages 15-10) and 2 adults! Love that there are two sitting rooms as it gave us more space to spread out. Neighbourhood is safe. The private fenced backyard with patio table, bbq etc was so nice to have! We enjoyed a few board games that were provided. Love the outdoor shower to clean up after the beach. The house is super clean, kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable. Laundry was awesome to have! We enjoyed the 2 bikes to explore the trails around Mission Bay and along the coast. This house is less than a 10 min walk to Pacific Beach and even closer to Mission Bay. If you have little kids and are looking for more calm water, Mission Bay is beautiful and there’s a playground geared for smaller kids. It is also a close drive to La Jolla beach area (Winden Sea beach was our favourite - big waves!). House is located close to groceries - Ralph’s is cheaper than Sprouts. Walmart/Target is about a 10 minute drive. Location of house makes it easy to get around San Diego - close to Zoo, Sea World, downtown San Diego (Gaslamp district), USS Midway ship/museum, stadium etc. We would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the Pacific Beach area. Low key, relaxed vibe, beautiful beach and fun waves for boogie boarding. We hope to be back!!

Best VRBO we ever stayed at.

This was the most comfortable VRBO we ever stayed in. It was everything we hoped for and more. We love to cook and the kitchen was stocked with utensils and pots and pans. Plenty of dishes along with kitchen towels. The location couldn’t have been better; walking distance to PB, Sail Bay, groceries. Property manger was very easy to contact and she responded right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the house and location was so convenient. Pacific beach is more situated for the younger crowds. It has a great nightlife for the 20 something age range.

Great House, Great Location!!!

My husband and I stayed here for a little over a week with our two young children. Although the house is not very large, the layout perfectly accommodated our family of four. Our children are sensitive to noise so it was a nice surprise to discover that the living areas were well separated from the sleeping areas. The home is also located in a quieter, yet still very central street right in the middle of PB. We had a blast- We will definitely look to stay here again the future!

Perfect location, perfect house, we will be back!

The bay is perfect if you have younger kids. The ocean is great too. Both are a short walk or bike ride away. And since the house comes with four bikes, and bike locks, its perfect.

A wonderful experience!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this 3bdrm house!! It provided every amenity and need we had and was so comfortable! The house is in a wonderful neighborhood that is very centric to pretty much anywhere in San Diego! We also appreciated the constant contact by the owner, and the incredible hospitality. There were very minor issues when we arrived, but the owner took care of them immediately and then some! We would love to stay here again!!

House is even nicer than the photos. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely loved our stay! Great being so close to beach and bay boardwalks. We used the bikes daily. whenever we gps'd a location, it came up 11 or 13 minutes.

Great memorial weekend

This house is great! Location is walking distance to the bars and restaurants on Garnett st. If you don't want to walk, the home comes with beach cruisers! The nieghborhood is beautiful and the owner is great and very accommodating. We are definitely staying here again.

We stayed at the cottage for 3 weeks. It is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes, a rarity in a rental! The location is great, we didn't rent a car and were able to shop and dine easily. Linda was great to work with and was quick to respond to any issues and questions.

I spent 5 days in this rental and had a great time. The rental has everything you could need, is clean and updated. It's close to PB we rode the bikes many days which was a plus. I would definitely stay again!

Slice of Heaven in San Diego

This cottage is by far the best vrbo home I've ever stayed at! Everything you could possibly need is right there. So bright, clean, & airy. The outdoor patio deck and seating area were my fave & not one meal was taken indoors since the outside area was to die for. The beds were so comfortable & after a day at the beach, it was wonderful to rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower so none got tracked in the spotless house. I absolutely fell in love with this property and I plan on staying here every time I come to San Diego. The only think I didn't see that surprised me was drink coasters lol the furniture was so pretty, I couldn't bear the thought of putting a glass of ice water on the nightstand for bedtime for fear of leaving a ring. Also, the homeowner is absolutely delightful and extremely kind. I did not want to leave this place & cant wait to return.

Perfectly relaxing!

Property was exactly as represented. Lots of great amenities, my favorite being the beach cruisers which we used every day! Perfect distance to great beach, you can look down the street and see the ocean!! By far our best trip to San Diego in ten years of marriage. It was very easy to book and Management was always available. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely and in a perfect location close to the beach and bay, on a quiet street but still right by Trader Joe's. It was quiet even on a sunny June weekend, which is amazing for PB. The owner was great about communication and accommodating a small boat on the driveway. Loved having the bikes to use. The house has been recently remodeled so everything felt and looked new, clean, comfortable. We didn't want to leave!

Great location, nice house!

My husband, daughter and son in law and two young children stayed for a week. We loved it. The house looks just like the pictures. Backyard and outdoor kitchen were great. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, etc. Linda was great to work with and answered any concerns we had. Parking for 2 vehicles was wonderful. The bay was 4 blocks away and the beach about 6. Many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Sea world is very close and a park for the little ones right on the bay. I would recommend this cottage to anyone.

Cozy Cottage

My husband and I used to come to PB every 6 months in years passed. This time was a new adventure bringing our boys for their first experience at the beach! This cottage was perfect for what we needed. The backyard was perfect to allow them to run around and be outside while we also spent most of our meals at the table out there. Usually coming to PB, on a holiday weekend as well, you tend to expect not to get great sleep as it is loud throughout the night with 20 something crowds! I was hoping that being 4 blocks off the beach it would be quiet enough for my kids! It was exactly that! It was very quiet and peaceful on this street! The cottage was really clean and very well maintained! the only thing that was missing from the photos was the hot tub in the backyard. That was not, however, the selling point for us on this property. The house was actually better in person than the pictures! of that's possible to imagine! The walk to the beach takes maybe 7-10 minutes and the grocery store is right on the same street just before the beach! This house was extremely comfortable and convenient to everything! Linda Rossi was wonderful to communicate with and very helpful! We will definitely be wanting to come back and stay here again! Wonderful for a family stay or even a set of couples that are willing to share the space! Perfect stay!

My kids and I looked for over a year for a good location and a beautiful beach home. We found this home and it was a walk to the beach and Sail Bay. We fell in love and enjoy every minute we get to spend here. It's our happy place and we know it will be for you too!
