One of the bedrooms is located in a separate room with its own private entrance. Please note that this room does not have a private bathroom; guests staying here will share one of the bathrooms inside the main house.

Our home has its own pond, and due to the natural surroundings, occasional critters and crawlers may be unavoidable. Rest assured, the home is well-maintained, and we have professional pest control services scheduled quarterly to ensure a clean and comfortable stay for all our guests.

5. **Behavior and Etiquette**: Pets must be well-behaved and under control at all times. Excessive barking, aggression, or any other disruptive behavior may result for extra charges.



6. **Supervision**: Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless they are crated and it has been established that they are comfortable in their crate. Please provide your own crate.



7. **Cleaning Up After Your Pet**: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Waste bags will be provided for your convenience.



8. **Damages**: Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the property or its contents. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
