We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Please let us know if you're having them! Here are a few important guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:

Weight Limit: Dogs must weigh no more than 40 pounds, with a maximum of two dogs allowed in the home.

Cleanliness: Please be sure to pick up after your pets in both the backyard and front yard.

Pet Fees: A flat fee of $50 applies for stays of 5 days or less.
For longer stays, a fee of $15 per day will be charged starting on the 6th day.|

We currently cannot accommodate your furry pet cats due to housekeeping allergies. We hope you understand.

Please note: Hot tub use is subject to availability and must be booked in advance of your stay. Guests are required to reach out to us directly to confirm hot tub availability and make arrangements for its use. There is a $50 fee per day for hot tub use. This ensures we can provide the best possible experience during your stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Important Note:
Please be aware that there may be some noise in the deep backyard area between 8 AM and 3 PM as work is being done to reinforce the back gate for added security. Workers will access the backyard through side entrances and will not enter the house rest assured, you will not be disturbed. Thank you for your understanding!

Great spot, a few glitches

Perfect location, great stand-alone casita, beautiful property. Private, quiet, classy & fun. However - we could only get one burner on the stove to work (the one closest to the smoke alarm, which went off repeatedly), one remote for all 3 TVs to work, the washing machine doesn't work & the host did not get back to us about it. And the living room curtains are so fragile it's ridiculous. It seems like a lot of complaints but everything else about the place is so nice, those screw-ups didn't bother us that much!
